If I could give zero stars, I would have. My family and I stayed for one night in July at one of these apartments in Bratislava's historic center. Let me start with the most serious issue: we tried to contact the property manager both before arriving and while we were on-site. He never answered any of our numerous calls or messages, in which we had specifically stated that we urgently needed to speak with him. He never bothered to call us back or reply. He didn't show up at the apartment upon our arrival (he simply provided a code via message two hours beforehand to open the building's main entrance and a lockbox containing the key cards for the room). The owner remained unreachable the following day as well. Furthermore, there was no check-in process upon arrival; no one from the property made the slightest effort to verify our identities (after all, there was no one there). There were four adults in our group—something we had specified in the booking—yet upon arrival, we found only one double bed and a sofa that was neither set up as a sofa bed (nor capable of being converted into one) nor made up with sheets. To get some sleep, my brother and I had to spread out the only available sheet (which wasn't big enough for two people) and a duvet found in the closet, then sleep on the sofa, which was not suitable for two adults. Additionally, the "face towels" provided were actually bidet towels.

The location is fantastic in the heart of the old city, near to all the places you should visit in Bratislava (the castle, the river, the UFO, etc.). The appartment was very clean and big for 3 persons. The price was very good as well. The bad things had to do with the toilet: the door was not possible to close, the ventilation system was out of order, the toilet seat was broken and they did not offer extra toilet paper. In any case the overall feeling was positive.

Nice Option, Convenient Location, but... The property was very convenient to all the things we wanted to see in Old Bratislava. The apartment was clean overall (though when I took my wipes to the banister, it was very dirty). Shower and bathroom were very modern and nice. We were located on the third floor, so be prepared to walk up stairs if that is an issue (not for us, though getting suitcases up and down took some time). Worst part of this selection was the communication w/property manager. I called several times in the days leading up to our stay before they texted the code to get into the foyer, but then they never sent the phone number or key code for our room. If it hadn't been for another guest who gave me the correct phone number, we would not have been able to get into our room. If you called the number given in the reservation, no one answered and the messages were all in Slovak. And none of my calls were returned. Otherwise, a good option if you are looking for something other than a hotel. Kind of Euro-modern in style. Small, but efficient. Please work on better and more consistent communication.
