The receptionist was kind, friendly, and accommodating. The room was well-maintained and comfortable, with complimentary water and coffee. All the appliances were working properly, and the room was clean and tidy.highy recommended

Nice clean hotel, nice staff. Have a delicious breakfast. Convenient location. Pleasant and polite staff. I'll stop for a more time.

The apartment is really spacious and has all needed equipment (fridge, microwave, hot plates, pots) for a longer stay. It's located 15-20 min walking distance from the city center. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with the Old Town Square within walking distance. The property is situated on a slight uphill, which can be a bit tiring when carrying luggage, but otherwise it wasn't an issue. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. We stayed for three nights and had housekeeping once. The hotel uses a sustainability system where guests select which services they would like completed, which is a thoughtful idea. However, some dusty surfaces, such as the tables and cabinets, were not wiped down, and we had expected those to be cleaned as part of the service. We also forgot to request a coffee refill on the housekeeping form. When we later asked at reception, we were charged for a coffee pod. The cost was very small, but it was a little confusing since the coffee was described as complimentary. Despite these minor points, we had a very pleasant stay overall and would consider staying here again.

It is an excellent place to stay. A few minutes from the city centre, it is quiet, warm and it has the advantage of being close to the castle. If you stay here our suggestion is go to the castle first!! Then enjoy the city. The breakfast is perfect and the staff is very friendly. The picture is a view from the entrance
