The epitome of Boutique hotel. Great location, breakfast buffet is extensive & staff are really friendly, especially front desk staff. Not certain about 5 star though as there’s no swimming pool but there’s a lovely terrace on 2 floor - take stairs or the elevator. It’s an easy walk around the old town and close to the Danube River. Make sure to go to the UFO tower for a 360 view of Bratislava for €9.90. There’s also a standout 5-star international fine dining restaurant. Take the well worth it ‘Panorama Tour’ for €20 & 90 minutes - book via hotel desk. WARNING - TAXI - I caught a taxi from the train station to the hotel & was charged €24, including a €20 train to hotel charge which was a scam. DO NOT take taxi at the train station - it’s actually an easy 10min walk. My fare should have been €3-5. I hope the ‘friendly’ driver rots in … Certainly put a dampener on my trip

Hotel was nice! Pretty comfortable stay, cosy room, little outdated, but overall happy with it! Clean, presentable and main thing was air conditioning! I’ve booked it in summer, so air conditioning was a must! In Slovakia, it gets uncomfortably hot during summer months, so booking a hotel without aircon, would be a terrible mistake! Our room, was a family room and costed over €100 a night, which was pretty pricey, for what it was, but there was nothing wrong with it! Just a little overpriced for what it was. Would definitely stay again, probably would book more in advance, to get better deal.

The hotel was good, but it feels a bit overpriced as I booked even better one for the same price in Vienna, which is a contrast city in terms of the price. Gentleman at the reception was friendly. Bear in mind that the hotel will charge additional city tax when you move in.
The hotel itself was more less clean, but the room was not spotlessly cleaned to be honest. I had some hair on the soap dispenser and some threads in the bath. The bed was a bit small and short, furniture was slightly damaged. The door had old post soviet style of faux leather Ron top and I was wondering why… I woke up at the middle of the night from the screams of the children that were so loud in the corridor for some reason. The sound insulation is not good at all there sadly and the fabric door did not really help.
The hotel has nice authentic lobby which reminds a Soviet porch with Persian carpets. I booked 1 month in advance for 26th of December and paid $68, which I think is overpriced, considered the quality and space of the room. If it was cheaper, I’d have given more starts for this review. It is ok for one night if you just come and fall asleep. Hotel needs renovation.

This is a serviced apartment very close to the city centre in Bratislava, and it was very reasonably priced. Please note it is not close to the train station (it's about half an hour walk if you want to try) but it's only a short hop away by tram. As it is quite close to the city centre, you can either go there for food or there are lots of restaurants nearby and some of them are quite good as well.
The room was big, clean and bright. It has one big window, (mine was away from the street so it looks out to the back but the next building is still quite far away so there is still plenty of sunlight coming through). There is a kitchen and utensils (including a kettle if you want to make coffee or tea). The building has laundry machines that guests can use (I didn't need to use it but I think you do need to pay). The staff speaks very good English and friendly so they can be quite helpful if you have any questions. I didn't need to ask any as my stay here was faultless really. It would definitely be on my one of the choices of place to stay when I'm next in Bratislava.
There are some things to note though. You probably won't be able to check in until after 2pm. I arrive early and had to wait for my room to be ready. They do have a luggage storage service free of charge though. I can't remember whether they have daily cleaning but I think they don't have daily cleaning from memory which is fine. I'm not a messy person by nature and I'm not that obsessed with hygiene so it wasn't an issue for me.

It's a decent hotel for business trips and is walkable distance (weather permitting) to the business districts. The old town is a short stroll away and the Castle is a 20 min walk. There's also a host of restaurants nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious - modern and clean with most amenities like iron/hair dryer/locker and coffee machines. There is a gym as well but it's limited to one machine and a couple of treadmills - which is reasonable for when travelling. The breakfast was disappointing - no fresh hot beverages ( there is a coffee machine in place) or omelettes and just cereals and bread/pastries if you're a vegetarian. Also, the hotel and location would best suit business travelers and not families with smaller kids given the cobbled streets that are not ideal for buggy pushing. ( And no pool in the hotel)

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 606 de 27 a 28/11. O quarto é excelente mas ficamos surpresos com o péssimo atendimento da ”recepcionista” que nos atendeu por volta das 07:30 da manhã. Extremamente arrogante e debochada. Nos sentimos indesejáveis no ambiente. Sempre vamos a Europa e foi a primeira vez, em todas as cidades e países que já tivemos, que fomos mal atendidos dessa forma. Acho importante averiguar se isso acontece com outros hóspedes pois os apartamentos são excelentes, mas se precisasse voltar, não voltaria pra esse hotel e não indicarei para amigos que ainda isso a Bratislava. Ninguém merece esse tipo de tratamento.

The location of the hotel is ideal for tourists, close to the castle and the old town. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at check-in. The line of guests was very long and it took forever. However, I don't want to blame the staff for this, there were just too few of them, the planning seems to be bad.The rooms are good, not completely without flaws, but okay. On a positive note, there is a well stocked minibar, which doesn't happen very often anymore. The cleaning staff also does a really good job! The service in the bar is ok, but the cocktails are ridiculously small. A small but well-equipped wellness area adds to the comfort. In short, I think the hotel offers good value for money and I would book it again.

GGuest UserFor reference I am a Titanium Bonvoy level status member (previously Ambassador level for many years) and Lifetime Gold, as well as a regular global traveler. We also tend to travel regularly to Europe around this time of year (i.e. End of November - start of Christmas market season). Following our first tip to Prague and a pleasant (but delayed) train journey, this was also our first trip to Slovakia and Bratislava specifically and was a personal leisure trip with my spouse and 2yo child. So, of course, this was our first time at this hotel. This was a points redeemed stay for 3 nights but you had to pay the city taxes per night. At the time (Nov 2023) this was about 10 Euros per night. It is a great to report that this was a very good stay from check-in to check-out, and as with so many Marriott properties outside the US, the service and overall experience was so much better than in the US. Check-In - So while we had not communicated at all with the hotel prior to arrival beyond the reservation request notes, and mobile check-in details, the hotel had actually paid attention to what we put in there. So I noticed in the app prior to arrival (and confirmed at arrival), we had been upgraded to a suite (called an ”apartment” by the front desk staff). This was on the corner on their second highest floor. This hotel is attached to a mall complex and was perfectly quiet throughout. They had the crib setup for us in the room in advance as well, although no baby bedding. (we did ask for this after checking in but they didn't really have anything beyond the cover for mattress). The check in agent was good, and ensured all perks were given Room - As stated above we were upgraded to a suite, which was more of a large loft setup with a bedroom area, a lounge area, a very spacious bathroom, and a very spacious walk-in closet. Room was well appointed, modern and super spacious. The welcome gift was nice touch and the turn down service 3 Toblerones was very good too along with the 2 waters per day. Housekeeping responded to requests promptly. The bed was spacious king sige and very comfortable and they organized two additional contour firm pillows. The crib was standard. . The Bathroom had plenty of counter space, and a separate bath and shower at either end. Shower pressure was decent. The closet was massive, with so much extra space to keep stuff organized. The room had great USB options at the bedside as well. Lounge - The lounge was 7am - 11pm and had a modest amount of offerings thoughout the day but was professionally setup but rarely staffed. (The breakfast benefit was in the hotel buffet restaurant and was pretty good) General Notes - Location is decent and is about a 15-20 min pleasant walk right into the main square of Bratislava (and where a lot of the Christmas market festivities are). It was attaced to a very large mall, that we never visited, and also close to tram stops, and the main bus station. The main train station is about a 10-15

Siamo arrivati lì, per una notte, con un pullman di una cinquantina di persone. La reception è molto piccola per cui diverse persone sono rimaste fuori con le valigie durante le operazioni di accettazione, per fortuna non pioveva. Ci hanno chiesto di essere puntuali per l'orario della cena ma la sala era veramente piccolissima e a malapena ci stavamo tutti. Cena a buffet passabile. Per la colazione del giorno dopo, sempre a buffet, abbastanza soddisfacente, ma essendoci altri ospiti dell'hotel, alcuni della nostra comitiva hanno dovuto fare colazione nei divanetti davanti alla reception. Un solo ascensore in cui stanno al max sei persone, tre se ci sono anche le valigie. Camere spaziose e pulite, così pure i bagni. Personale gentile.

I booked this hotel last minute because of work, the room itself was spacious and clean, with a balcony and lots of storage space. The bathroom was big (with a bathtub). The hotel is a little further from the center, but it's easily accessible by tram. There is a little supermarket right next to the hotel which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was rather weak during my short stay - especially in the evenings or early in he morning - it would disconnect very often. The staff did something to fix this but it only worked for one evening. The staff at the reception desk was nice and polite, except for the very first time, when I arrived to check in - the gentleman I spoke to was a little rude, which is unfortunate. Overall, I think it's a good hotel for a short stay - if you don't mind staying further from the city center.

DDarek ŚląskThe hotel remembers the times of communism. The equipment is very damaged. Hot. Hard beds. The toilet and shower are small and shared by 2 rooms. But for these gentlemen, a man will survive anything
