Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Es ist auch ua auf Wanderer eingestellt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very expensive for what you get. They are quick to take your money but to give you any customer service is far from them… no food at 8.15 pm no one at reception, nobody is answering the phone. You need to cross a busy road to get to the apartment or get back to your car… they don’t even notify you that you aren’t in the main hotel building which should be usual standard nowadays. The whole village feels odd and no I’m not talking about the historical buildings we love them but the atmosphere is just weird … could be really good but peoples mentality and attitude ruins it all. Do yourselves a favour and head to boppard where they know what customer service is. See the attached picture this is where they expect you to be able to cook, need long arms to be able to reach the pots…

Ich freue mich immer wenn ich in die Region muss. Ich bin im Hotel immer herzlich willkommen. Tolles Ambiente lecker Essen und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Das Frühstück ist auch klasse, also alles in Allem TIP TOP !
