Lovely area. A/C in room didn’t work well, noticed a standing fan in room as a temporary fix. Would’ve liked them to give us a heads up before moving all of our luggage in though. Receptionist provided inaccurate information regarding the entrance fee for the club. Otherwise it was alright.

When I tried to buy a drink at the bar at 19:45 on the Sunday, I was refused "because we don't serve walk-ins after 7:00" despite the fact that the bar was open and I proved that I was a resident. The reason given was that they need to clean the bar for the following Friday!. They were serving locals.

Rooms are well equipped and well maintained, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the food and the restaurant- food was cold, birds flying inside eating area, nesting and pooping whilst diners ate their cold, bland food- was sooo disappointed at the “full Irish breakfast” it was THE worst breakfast we have ever had - absolutely atrocious, lunches were marginally better but served cold - very disappointing all round

Service very good . Have eaten here in the past and enjoyed the food, not today for 18 euros I would have expected fresh cod. Battery was touch not crisp, inside battery wet . Bird flying around landing on tables very off putting would make me questinon hygiene.

Lovely location on the sea front. Warm and friendly staff. Good food and drink at very reasonable prices. Nice vibe and ambience. Boutique style hotel with various styles and themes of decor. Highly recommend

Loved this hotel we got a beautiful sea view room with 3 bay windows Super clean and neat Breakfast was fabulous and made to order with a lovely choice Lovely varied menu for lunch and dinner Lovely staff and lovely atmosphere And a lovely gesture was the chocolates left in our room on arrival Highly recommend this lovely hotel we will certainly be back

We booked for an apartment. Carpet was quite dirty. No table or chair for breakfast or dinner. It could sleep 4 people but 2 have to sleep in the living room. Apartment was behind the DART line so could hear all the trains. But this is very well situated right in front of the sea. Breakfast was not included for us but we took it in the pub and it was quite good. Staff was good and efficient. Good for a short stay
