The hotel's internal facilities are outdated, and it can't be compared with the same star in China; breakfast will not be mentioned, there is nothing to eat at all. The temperature of the outdoor hot water pool is too low to take it out.

Hotel Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel wirken deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist wenig einladend und ohne erkennbaren Charme gestaltet. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns das Gefühl, in einem Haus untergebracht zu sein, in dem kaum Personal präsent ist und das insgesamt einen fast unbewohnten Eindruck hinterlässt. Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt dadurch einen eher kühlen und wenig persönlichen Eindruck hinterlassen. Frühstück: Der Kaffee und der Zopf waren gut. Die Säfte waren aus der Packung, die Ananas aus der Dose und auch nicht nachgefüllt. Die Brötchen waren Aufbackbrötchen. Es gab verschiedene Kellogg’s-Sorten. Kein gesundes Müsli. Das Frühstück wurde in der Pizzeria serviert, außerdem wurde Pasta vom Vorabend angeboten. Die rockige Musik passte für uns nicht zu einer gemütlichen Frühstücksatmosphäre. Insgesamt sehen wir beim Frühstück noch deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial, insbesondere bei der Frische und beim Ambiente. Alpenrherme eher niedriger Standard.

Guests can enter the walliser Alpentherme next door for free. The hot springs that entered while looking at the spectacular view were the best. The room seemed to be renewed and was in a very beautiful condition. Breakfast was not much, but I was able to eat calmly.
