Baotou Hotels with Free Breakfast

The location is close to Baotou Station (3 bus stops). There is Wuyue Plaza about 1000 meters west of the hotel. Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology has a night market opposite at night. It is very convenient to go shopping. The room matches the picture. Hotel facilities and health are very good, service is also very good. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, introducing attractions and recommending special dining. We have old and small family trips, and we took the initiative to help us with our luggage when we arrived at the store. When we left the store at noon on May 29, the two men at the front desk (forgot to ask for their names) took the initiative to help us push our luggage, and the same car as us came to help us carry our luggage and send us to the car. thank you very much. Business, travel, parents and children are all recommended.

Really beautiful hotel room. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top.  My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel.

Staying on business trips many times, the room is more intelligent, and many small voice systems can be solved, which is very convenient. The Baotou is relatively dry, drinking more water, the hotel provides bottled water at any time, and the service is very good. This time I found that the decoration style and color of the room are very warm. It is worth recommending to family travel and young couples.

Service: The front desk was very nice. Seeing that we were with our children, they were very considerate and arranged a more suitable room (of course, if there were available rooms). Hygiene: The room was very clean The breakfast was great. If you have any needs, you can tell the staff and they will do their best to meet the guests' requirements. Especially during the May Day holiday, when there was a lot of traffic, the breakfast was really good. Finally, when I checked out, I was given 3 masks, which was really thoughtful.

I brought my family to Xilamuren Grassland this time and we stayed at the Saibei Inn. The inn is right on the grassland, so stepping out, you're greeted by endless plains. The view is incredibly open and the air is fresh. In the mornings and evenings, you can enjoy a cool breeze, which is really refreshing. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding tidy, and all the basic amenities were provided, making for a comfortable stay. Both the owner and staff were very warm and genuine, always willing to help when needed. It's also very convenient for sightseeing around; horseback riding and other grassland activities are all nearby. You can even enjoy the grassland nightscape in the evening. We had a great experience with both the food and accommodation here. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the grasslands.

The boss is very enthusiastic. Now the temperature difference in the grassland is very big. It is very cold at night. There are electric blankets in the yurt. The quilt is also very thick. It is better to have hot water to wash. It is convenient for the boss to pick it up. I will come to the grassland in the future. Come to this place, in short, the experience is great

This hotel gave us the most unbelievable, heartwarming stay we’ve ever had, and I truly cannot praise the hotel management enough their service is absolutely unmatched, no exaggeration at all! We were fully worried about how tricky it would be to find and reach the hotel at first, expecting a stressful journey navigating the area. But the management team stepped up with incredible kindness, extreme accommodation and genuine hospitality from the very second we contacted them before arrival all the way through check-in, our entire stay, and even our check-out moment near the hotel entrance. Every single member of the management team treated us like beloved family, not just random paying guests. There was zero cold, robotic hotel service here—they cared about every small worry we had, offered help without us even asking, and always greeted us with warm, sincere smiles. During our whole trip here, we never once felt like we were far away from our own home; their thoughtful, wholehearted care wrapped us in comfort the entire time we stayed. PLUS the views were outstanding! From the start of our trip to the minute we packed our bags and left the hotel, their thoughtful support never wavered. This level of genuine, heartfelt hospitality is extremely rare to find anywhere. If you want a hotel that doesn’t just give you a room, but makes you feel welcomed and loved like family, this is the one you absolutely must book without hesitation. We will 100% come back on our next trip and strongly recommend this accommodation to every traveller looking for warm, flawless service!

All resorts are remote from Hohhot, so we took a Didi from Hohhot to the resort. It took 1:50 hours. They resort itself is really nice. The yurts are comfortable and clean. There are plenty of activities that you can do around the resort. Just talk to the service people. We did horse riding, go car, saw a Mongolian show and every evening there is a fire show at the resort. A worker drove us to the activities. The food at the restaurant was a bit pricey but high quality.

Here's the updated review with that additional context: Full Version We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to one of the owners who went out of their way to organize activities for us and made our experience truly memorable. The dinner and show were fantastic—featuring original-style Mongolian traditional dance and singing that felt authentic and captivating. Both lunch and dinner were excellent, and we were especially impressed by the Lamb Bao served at breakfast. Overall, the service and warmth from the people were genuinely good. That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile. Balanced Short Version (Google/TripAdvisor): Great experience thanks to one of the owners, who personally organized activities for us. The dinner and show were a highlight—original Mongolian traditional dance and singing that was unique and impressive. Food was excellent at all meals, especially the Lamb Bao at breakfast, and the staff were genuinely warm. Costs were quite high compared to what I'm used to after 10+ years in China. I recommend the horse riding off the main area as suggested, but the Happy Ranch activities weren't worth the time or money—though that's external, not the hotel's fault. Didn't use the actual hotel amenities, but the hospitality and performance were good.

I really enjoyed my stay here!! The yurt was spacious, the design was a bit old-fashioned and basic but everything was functional. The activities were explained together with their price. I just chose the dinner and it was great. Samples of traditional meals, dances and the unique throat singing,and one could even wear the traditional clothes. Very touristy but fun!The other resorts are quite nearby tho so it wasnt as deserted as I was expecting but still gives one an idea of the grassland atmosphere. The staff was amazing! They took extraordinary care of me. They picked me up on the bus stop even without me requesting it and the next day drove me to the nearest town when the roads got flooded and the buses wouldn't come.They did it for free and my entire stay were really friendly and trying to make me feel welcome 😊
