經常出差訂酒店很少給評價，第一次入住就被種草了，首先前台美女很熱情很有禮貌，都給我送到電梯口幫我按好電梯，到房間裏面感覺很乾凈，早餐去餐廳也是感覺服務好，品種也很多，退房還給我送了很實用的小禮品剛好能用的到，出門門口就是公交站直接可以到高鐵站，後院還有一個超大停車場，下次再出差這裏開車來也方便，會常來的

新酒店環境設備還算不錯，但商旅服務和員工技能態度還是很跟不上，比如住別墅區去公共湯池居然連個接駁車沒有，客人得自己迎着寒風走過去，前台的服務也很不專業，一問三不知衹會往管家身上推，尤其是第二天12.00前就必須退房我感覺很不人性化，住大別墅大多數都是三五好友一起，肯定會玩到很晚的，退房也就算了，前台還不到12.00還會打電話催你，毫無任何服務用語，甚至是非常不禮貌，連個稱呼都沒有，上來就一句你到12點要退房啊，我反問現在12.00了嗎？前台也沒有任何致歉，而是再次重複12.00前要退房，無語至極從來沒見過哪裡的前台這個崗位是這樣語氣講話的，給人極度不專業的感覺。整體環境設備搞得不錯，別毀在這些基礎服務上面瞭然後周邊吃的也很少，點外賣也點不到
