GGuest UserBoth the hardware and software were excellent, and the service was impeccable. As soon as I booked the room, a staff member called and added me on WeChat; they were very patient. On the day of departure, they asked if I wanted to go directly to the guesthouse, and if I called upon arrival, they would come to pick me up.
I was very touched by the breakfast. Since my elderly relative has a sensitive stomach and I was worried they wouldn't be able to eat rice, I asked if they sold steamed buns. On the second day of our stay, steamed buns were served for breakfast; I learned that the staff had specially bought them.
The staff were also very attentive. They were quick and efficient in providing bottled water, dish soap, disposable chopsticks, etc., and even served me white fungus soup in the evening.
I forgot which platform I saw reviews saying the rooms were small, but this one is indeed small. However, there is a tatami mat, so it's inconvenient to put luggage near the door, but there's still room to put it.
I also booked a loft room with two large bunk beds, a spacious room, and a large floor-to-ceiling window. Knowing that it was for an elderly person and their child, the staff turned on the air conditioning in advance, and the air conditioning was very powerful.

huangxinyi。For this trip to Jingdezhen, I chose hotels for my family based on top reviews. Generally, hotels on these lists are reliable. I was very selective because I didn't want my family to have a bad experience. However, the Terrace Designer Hotel truly surprised me. First, the airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient, taking only 10 minutes. The high-speed rail station was also just a short walk away – the hotel's location was amazing.
Regarding the hotel itself, it's known for its design. While not extravagant, it's very tranquil and the soft, comfortable aesthetic, along with the comfortable bedding, ensured a good night's sleep. The terrace lake view is truly remarkable in an inland city; you feel like you're in a natural oxygen bar, something city resort hotels can't offer. Comfortable, clean, and hygienic – these are all advantages of this hotel.
The hotel isn't located in a major city, so some drawbacks are noticeable. The staff are generally older, and their Mandarin isn't standard. This isn't a common issue in the hotels I've stayed in over the past year. This could affect the quality of service.
The cleaning staff were all very kind; they asked about our experience while cleaning, and the quality was very high—the bedding was spotless, and the floors were impeccably clean. Supplies were replenished promptly. The room was a small, basic room, but it incorporated local features. The tea bags provided were significantly better than most hotels, featuring award-winning Fuliang black and green tea. Fuliang is actually a district of Jingdezhen, but it retained its name due to its historical significance. Jingdezhen itself isn't very large, probably smaller than a single district in Shanghai.
P.S. The hotel actually has many photo opportunities, but my family members are older and not particularly interested in selfies, so we left quickly. It was a waste of the hotel's thoughtful design; the third-floor guest room section has an exhibition hall, a feature most hotels lack, and the effect was indeed excellent.
The hotel provided excellent travel guides; the restaurants and entertainment recommended in the room were all good, and none were disappointing. Entering the hotel feels like stepping into a tranquil Jiangnan town; its comfort and relaxation are definitely worth experiencing. If you're interested in visiting Jingdezhen, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The restaurant did not force us to pay and instead gave us a free breakfast. The customer service at the front desk was always responsive and explained everything. It was a very satisfying stay.

I took a taxi online and arrived at the hotel. I looked up and saw that it looked very classy. As soon as I entered, Sister Xiao Cai at the front desk greeted me warmly. I felt It's very warm. I originally booked a special room with no special expectations. When I checked in, the hotel told me that it was my first stay and upgraded me to a standard room for free. The room was very clean, the shower water was very large, and the shower was very comfortable. The toilet There is also a special toilet seat. It is not cold at all when the heater is turned on at night. It is a good staying experience. Xiao Cai also recommended that we go to the Jingdezhen Chinese Ceramics Museum. In the evening, we can go to Pottery Street and Taoxichuan, and we can also make pottery by ourselves. Handmade, great!

GGuest UserDuring the Spring Festival, I wanted to live quietly and accidentally found this hotel near Jingdezhen. Usually on business trips, I like to live in a small environment, and luxury hotels are also frequent visitors. But I didn't expect that during the Spring Festival, this hotel in Jingdezhen surprised me like a paradise. Avoiding the inflated accommodation in the urban area of Jingdezhen, fleeing the atmosphere of a large number of tourists, there is a tea garden next to it, really raising the lungs and nourishing the heart. From the front desk, to the manager, including the security guard, every staff member is attentive and thoughtful! Thank you all for letting our family spend a warm and comfortable few days. I really like this hotel and I will choose to stay in the future.

Facilities: As shown in the picture, the water pipe under the sink is exposed outside, a lot of roots, forgot to take pictures, the mirror is dirty, the sticker on it is not clean, two squares are left, there is an unknown wire on it or something, do not understand, may you be ready to let people hang clothes? That is not convenient, the facilities are relatively simple, and the TV is OK. The bedding is OK, it is central air conditioning.
Hygienic: The floor is dirty, it may not be very clear, I feel that I have not dragged the ground seriously, there is hair, there are unknown hairs in the toothbrush, the toilet seat is also very dirty, there are unknown attachments on it, sprayed alcohol and then wiped with paper can not be wiped down, just can pad paper to the toilet, paper is not enough.
Environment: A homestay renovated by a self-built house in the countryside, it is OK without looking at the details, and the surrounding area is relatively desolate.
At this price, we are just a cheap one, tell the real feeling, because there was something in the room that was bad before, and I have changed it once, so I don’t bother to change it. I don’t care much. I’ll see my own needs.
