The room facilities are fully intelligent, easy to operate, full of technology, and the stay is very comfortable. Every time I stay, I can feel the hotel's intentions, whether it is the environment or the service is impeccable. I have lived several times, and every time I have a new surprise, I highly recommend it to everyone, I will come back next time.

Very comfortable!

Although it is a newly opened hotel, the hygiene is not satisfactory. There are still some hairs in the toilet that have not been cleaned. There are stains on the ground. The packaging of the drinking water provided is extremely poor. The bottle caps have sharp and sharp plastic protrusions. My hands were cut off. I was injured, so I put a few band-aids on it. The material of the slippers was very thin. As a high-end hotel, it is not as high-end as some B&Bs. The cracks in the elevator door were also full of dust, and the experience was extremely poor. 

The hotel is located in the center of the city, the location is very good, not far from Heqing Station and Lijiang Airport, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel environment is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Conditions and facilities are not bad, all aspects are very good, Heqing County is relatively small, there is no big hotel, this should be considered the best, this time to run a marathon is still very good

The overall hardware conditions of the hotel are good, support intelligent guest control, small voice, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the room is clean and tidy, the hotel has its own free parking lot, and it is very worry-free to drive over and park. The location is convenient for travel, and there are many choices for eating and shopping around. There is a sky garden on the second floor, which is very well arranged. You can go up and sit and blow the hair in your leisure time, and take pictures. The cleaning aunt's attitude is very good. We asked her for drinking water. We saw that there were a lot of people in our peers. We took the initiative to give several more bottles of water. Compared with many hotels, this experience is particularly plus points. The breakfast category is rich, with rice noodles, bait silk, noodles, and fried eggs. It is very convenient to eat and travel. The bedding is a little yellow, not pure white. The overall price/performance ratio is very good in Heqing local, and it is suitable for self-driving transit and family travel.

The environment of the B&B is very good, with many roses planted, fresh air and spacious and comfortable rooms. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and attentive, and provided a special car pick-up service. I will stay here again next time I go to Heqing.

除了遠一點，其他沒話説，房間乾淨，老闆人好。周圍物價便宜，口味好，鎮上老街那邊有個帶皮蒙牛肉米線館，12塊一大碗，喜歡吃肉的小夥伴還可以加一份白切牛肉，新鮮的肉感，和城市的冷鮮肉完全不一樣的口感，非常棒！路邊有家做壩子魚的也不錯，活魚，老闆手藝也不錯😊總體感覺好舒服。自駕遊還是可以住的，路上看看鄉村風景也不錯，特別是節假日，這邊的物價太誘人啦！

The lady who was running the place (we think!) was quite confused about our documents and also thought we were checking out a day before we did. The location was good, quiet and peaceful with nice walks around. The rooms were a bit damp smelling. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom and no air con, or at least none we were made aware of - it looks beautiful inside but the damp smell was a bit yucky.
