JJerryStaying at this Vienna hotel in Le'an is a very pleasant experience! The hotel is strategically located, conveniently located and the surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by its European-style elegant design style, the lighting was soft, the atmosphere was warm, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in procedure was quickly completed.
The rooms are spacious and bright, the decoration is exquisite, the bedding is soft and comfortable, as if sleeping in the clouds. The sanitary conditions are impeccable, the details can be seen, and the daily cleaning service is meticulous. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is excellent.

It is especially good for business travelers. There are disposable eye masks, facial cleansers, makeup remover towels, earplugs and other items. Then I sent me a breakfast coupon. I really appreciate it. I recommend staying on the high floor. The aunt cooked the breakfast. The powder is also delicious, very recommended

It feels incompatible with the style of the hotel/there are many bugs, but because it is a building in the mountains, it is understandable.
Service: Very good service attitude
Hygiene: The sanitary conditions are average. When I checked in, I was in a suite. There were odors on the quilts in both rooms to varying degrees. It can be seen that even though the bed sheets were changed, the quilt core was not replaced and cleaned. After asking for replacement, corners were still cut and I was told that a full set was replaced. In fact, my bedroom only changed the quilt but not the bed sheets and pillow cores because I found a hair under the pillow when I checked in. When the hotel informed me that the replacement was completed, the hair was still in place.../The carpet is very visible as shown in the picture. Dirty/There are foreign objects on the towels in the room. It can be seen that no one changes the towels after each guest or the cleaning is not done properly/The floors in each room have bulges to varying degrees, and there are holes in the ceiling after removing the light unit/These hygienic conditions are 1800 for holidays. The price per night is something a hotel should not be paying for.

Generally speaking, the hotel is only suitable for short-term stays or taking photos from special angles. Compared with some mature mountain B&Bs of the same price range in Nanchang, they are not very good and can be said to be very poor in terms of hygiene.
