YYikebuyuanyitoulouxingmingdelvkeIt is almost the best hotel in the area, in the city center, within a ten-minute walk from the train station and famous European churches. The hotel is very traditional, the rooms are very clean, and compared to the small rooms in many European hotels, this one is spacious. My colleagues said that their room is not exactly the same as mine, as if every room is not exactly the same. The hotel's restaurant is also authentic French food, and the order of eating is very particular, and there is a lot of wine. The bread for breakfast has a strong wheat flavor, which is very delicious and chewy. If you eat too much, your cheeks will be a little tired 😄. There are desktop fireworks for birthdays.

FFredericLocation of the hotel a few steps from the train station and 200 m from the cathedral. Recent building, quiet rooms, even those on the street, clean, well-kept. Standard room: comfortable bed, large screen TV, electrical and USB charging sockets, wardrobe, shower-toilet perfectly clean. The staff is courteous and efficient. The hotel keeps its promises for a good night's sleep.

GGuest UserMon compagnon et moi avons aimé notre séjour dans ce Residhome qui est très bien placé pas loin du centre , la cathédrale et les restaurants. La propreté est irréprochable très important pour nous 😀. Le lit est confortable on y dort bien .le personnel est sympathique et nous a donné des conseils utiles pour visiter la ville . Le monsieur qui était là au moment du check out était très sympa tique et professionnel , il nous a donné envie de revenir en nous parlant de la fête de la lumière qui va avoir lieu en février ou mars 2024 . Nous le remercions au passage ☺️
Nous le recommandons et séjournerons là bas sans hésitation si nous retournons à Chartres un jour .

GGuest UserDans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré quelques problèmes mais le personnel fut à l'écoute et la politique de l'hôtel commerçant. Le point négatif reste la vue que nous avions de notre chambre (aucune notre fenêtre donnée sur des murs). La literie est excellente et la taille de la chambre correcte, en revanche l'emplacement des WC peut poser problème selon la morphologie des clients. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour mais je m'attendais à mieux en terme de prestations pour un 4 étoiles

GGuest UserL'accueil est très bien, personnel sympathique. Nous étions dans une chambre calme, vue sur le jardin et les lapins ! D'un 1er abord, chambre très correcte, mais dans les sanitaires, on voit que c'est un peu âgé... La douche n'était pas propre (cheveux de 20 cm au sol, endroit plutôt poussiéreux, eau de douche qui s'évacue mal (bonde pleine de cheveux)...). Passé cela, la literie est très bonne, nous avons bien dormi. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon (le cake fait maison a été fortement apprécié !)
