Great
DDiarmuid WalshGreat stay in a period house close to, but away from the main town. A separate studio (a well converted outbuilding/garage) on the ground floor, perfect size and facilities.
Hosts both charming, friendly and super helpful, showing us around and recommending a great restaurant for Dinner.
Really quiet location with lovely homemade breakfast, no faults at all.
Thank you & Tres Bein Fabrice & Olivier 👏👏😊
GGuest UserThe InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal.
It has an interesting history. The original chateau building was constructed in the early 20th century by the architect Guillaume Tronchet in the Louis XVI style. The chateau was originally built as a country residence for the aristocracy of the early 20th century, and the architecture still shows the features of the ”transition” - the classical austerity of the Louis XVI style is intertwined with the light eclecticism of the Belle Époque.
The hotel is located in the Chantilly forest, which creates a sense of a secluded reserve surrounded by Nature .
Despite the proximity of Paris (only about 40 km), the hotel remains a quiet refuge in the forest - a feeling of being in a country castle rather than just a hotel.
The hotel has 109 rooms and suites, the interiors of which are inspired by the bionic environment, the equestrian traditions of the region and the subtleties of Chantilly lace .
Many rooms have a view of the forest, and many have balconies or terraces. Unfortunately, there is a highway nearby, and the noise sometimes reaches the hotel. This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere.
The chateau has two restaurants: L'Opera, located in the former music salon, and Le Stradivarius, which occupies the former library. The latter is quite small, and when there are many guests, it can become noisy.
The restaurants offer dishes made with local ingredients, such as game, cheese from Picardy, and, of course, the famous ”à la Chantilly” cream. The cuisine is excellent, and I highly recommend it.
PPascal JacquemainHotel is OK. Room a bit small. Bed comfortable. Large walk-in shower but plumbing needs improving (hotel water takes time to flow, the switch between hand held shower head and rainfall didn't work properly.
Plenty of restaurants around the location. You can also get Uber Eat deliveries.
SSensen1I booked this hotel because I need fly to Spain from Beauvais. I arrived here at 10pm and I was very tired. At that time, there was only one security guard in charge of check-in in the store, and an appointment number was required to check in on the machine. After I provided it, he said that there is a problem with the number and then checked on their system, telling them that they did not receive my online payment because of a problem with my credit card. It didn't help that I showed him my payment history, I contacted Trip's customer service and couldn't solve it in time, so I made a new payment because we were too tired and needed to rest. The store staff's English is not very good so it is very difficult to communicate, and I need to go to the airport to catch my flight the next day so I don't have time to argue. I am really disappointed that this matter is still not resolved.
AAlenaStayed for a night before morning flight from Beauvais airport. The hotel is located 30 meters from a bus stop to the airport, it takes only 10 minutes by bus to get to the airport, the schedule of the bus is arranged so you won’t miss your flight so location of the hotel is very convenient for those who will departure from the Beauvais airport.
The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast could be better. Good point is that they serve breakfast in 3 different times so even if your departure is in early morning or later then standard breakfast time you won’t be hungry.
GGuest UserReally lovely all-round. I think they upgraded my room from 'Economy' to a lovely one in the main Chateau, and it was lovely - really a suite! The staff were all excellent, and next time I'll be trying the dining room, which seems lovely (and nice to see a waiter in a jacket and black bow tie for once!) Right by the ruins of the castle, and when I left at first light I saw lots of rabbits jumping around!
GGuest UserWell located for those who need to go to Beauvais airport, which is far from the center of Paris. Clean room, but very noisy at night. Lots of strange immigrants walking around the place all night, and in the hotel as if they were guests.
MMeTooAJI enjoyed my stay in Hotel F1 Beauvais because the receptionist was kind and helpful. Also it was easy to get a bus to the town centre. The rooms were warm enough and the place was neat. I had no issues staying there and would definitely book it again.
