GGuest UserClose to the bus station and great staff. We arrived early for check in and they gave us an available room as we were tired from our journey and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Good breakfast too. We enjoyed our time in Croatia.

GGuest UserHad a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the location is ideal, close to the city center. Just a small downside regarding the buffet: the dishes were good, but they weren't refilled, which meant you couldn't always go back for more. We should have just ordered a meal directly instead.

CCollectingPassportStampsVery nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption.
The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress.
The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

GGuest UserFantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived earlier than check-in and got our room right away. We had a deluxe king room, which was beautiful and clean. The hotel is well-located, about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center, so everything is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The service at this hotel is excellent. Every evening, I'd request an ice bucket, and it would be delivered to the room within 5 minutes. The staff are kind and polite. I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it! 😀

NNina ThailandThe young lady receptionist was quite rude in a way she was trying to say that the luggage room has limited space. She kept saying that repeatedly with hard tonal voice. I think she should be trained how to give a sincere service to all guests, without race discrimination. Otherwise, the rest of staff team are nice and helpful. Room is nice, clean, and modern. There’s a supermarket (Lidle) nearby.

CComer the roamerThe hotel is located in a quiet little neighborhood next to the major bus station. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, they even gave me an extra sleeping pillow upon request. The room was livable, shower was tiny, and the view looked out into a cute backyard. The breakfast options were phenomenal and often went back for a second portion.

GGuest UserHotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets.
Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

TThanis T.The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.
