Great
MMoon RockThis is the best decision I’ve made during my trip in Miyazaki. I should have stayed longer here than I did in the previous booking. Almost everything is almost perfect, from the artificial hot spring to the traditional Japanese bedrooms, which are great additions to the Japanese experience. I believe it is one of the most affordable hotels in the area.
The breakfast is a buffet that is included in my stay, and I had to add the Dinner buffet, which is very worth the price since the place doesn't have many restaurants nearby. The hotel is also within a 5-10 minute walk from the JR train station. The staff are also friendly.
I definitely will be back here when I revisit Miyazaki soon. The day I visited was rainy, so I was unable to visit many places.
CCYLINHighly recommended! For this price, you get a hot spring bath, and we happened to be there during a sake promotion – over 20 kinds of sake to try, plus a ton of vinegar! It was an amazing deal! The rooms were also quite spacious. It's a hotel I'd definitely recommend to friends!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were warm and polite, proactively asking if I needed help with my luggage. The room was spacious with a great sense of open space. The hot springs could use some improvement, as the experience was just average. Overall, it was a good stay.
GGuest UserA typical Japanese business hotel: impeccably clean, excellent service, well-equipped facilities, free public bath with a hot spring atmosphere, and a generous breakfast. I would definitely stay here again next time.
AAnonymous UserMiyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. Within walking distance of 10min you can find almost everything from shopping to izakaya. The best part I like is the sauna and hot spring. It has outdoor and indoor hot spring baths and sauna. Amenities in the public bath is complete with lotion, tonic, hair gel, shaving form and even towel is provided so you don't need to bring your own. Overall, a great hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe ambience is nice, a far drive to reach the hotel. We had the buffet dinner, authentic Japanese food and we all enjoyed ourselves very much.
Hot bath is nice. The hotel room is clean, and the hotel staff is friendly and polite.
LlittletimberThe affiliated parking fee was 1,000 yen per night, and you could enter and exit freely, but you had to take your parking ticket to the front desk each time you entered and exited. The location is very good, so I think 1,000 yen per night is cheap. The free drink bar has a wide selection of shochu, fruit liqueurs, charcoal water, and ice, so you can make a variety of chuhai and cocktails by combining them. The natural hot spring is not large (it can fit 5 or 6 people), but it is clean and the quality of the spring is good. The free breakfast buffet has a decent variety of side dishes and freshly baked bread, all of which are delicious, and the coffee is also delicious. Overall, it feels like a business hotel with a lot of service. It was clean, the front desk was kind and polite, and it was a comfortable stay. However, there is only one elevator that can accommodate about 10 people, and the emergency stairs are not open, so it gets crowded around 8:30 in the morning. Someone I met at the hotel said that if there are many group guests staying, you may have to wait for the elevator for more than 10 minutes.
GGuest UserIt's in a very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby and right above Donki with direct access by elevator. There are many choices of shampoo and hair conditioner available for guests to use. The only down side is the air-con only has heat available in late Feb and windows are locked. It makes the room very warm and we need to open the door to let some fresh air in.
ののむならのむMiyazaki Kanko Hotel stands along Tachibana Koen-dori Street (1-1-1 Matsuyama, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture, 880-8512) overlooking the Oyodo River.
It is a large, well-established hotel.
There is a large hot spring bath on the first floor of the West Wing, and on the second floor is Shokusai Kenbi Ichiboku Ichiso, where the breakfast buffet is located. A dinner buffet is also available.
The hotel is old, so there is nothing new about it, but the rooms are spacious, the utility room is spacious, and the bathtub is also large.
There is only an AC outlet for power, no USB, and the AC at the desk has to be plugged in through a wall socket at the foot of the desk, which gives it a sense of history, but this is not a problem.
AAnonymous UserWhen I called about the parking lot before check-in, I was very polite and thanked the staff for prompt guidance to the parking lot in the rain.
I felt that I was worried about giving me towels at the reception.
Also, when I received the key to the room but I couldn't know where I put it because of the large amount of luggage, the staff bothered to go to the front of the room and search for it. I was able to spend very comfortable without a disgusting face even though I was inconvenient.
It was written that the water in the bath could be used as drinking water, and it was safe to use.
There's only one, but once I find out that there are some small insects in the chest of drawers in the room or in the open chest of drawers where I put clothes on, I can't put clothes on. I was sorry.
I would like to use it again if I have another chance.
Thank you.
