Amazing
CCarolina LanVery good, very satisfied, very clean, tidy, comfortable and professional, the bed is very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a beautiful view.
The public area is elegant and the elevator goes directly to the underground mall, which is very convenient.
The area where it is located, San Pedro, is also very safe and clean. Recommended, I will stay here again next time I go to Monterrey on a business trip.

GGuest UserThis hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

GGuest UserLocated 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserThe environment is OK. There are many Chinese people staying in the hotel. The swimming pool seems to be average. The surrounding facilities are average. There are no places to eat. The transportation is not very convenient.

GGaowanboThe hotel staff speaks Spanish! The self-service American breakfast is okay, you can eat whatever you want (fruit/milk/bread/coffee/tea bags/cake). There is a 711 small supermarket within 200 meters, and there is a Herb supermarket and shopping center 1 kilometer away.

HHuzilvxingIt's a bit far from the city center. The airport bus at night can only go to the city center and then take a taxi there. The room is big and quiet. The bed was also large and comfortable. Plenty of hot water
