"Exceptional stay - My new go-to hotel in Iloilo! I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel Iloilo and I absolutely fell in love with it. I can confidently say I will be booking this hotel for all my future travels to Iloilo! The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. It is also surrounded by famous local restaurants— Alicia's and Netong's are in the nearby Atria Mall, and Tatoy's is located just right outside the hotel. Overall, the hotel and the rooms are remarkably clean. As a solo traveler, the room I had was perfectly sized for my needs. Another major highlight was the 5th-floor restaurant, which serves a great breakfast buffet with a good selection of food—the perfect way to kickstart your day before heading out on your itinerary. Beyond the amenities, the staff are highly polite and courteous. I also worth mentioning that the hotel layout caters well to everyone, featuring highly accessible amenities like a reliable elevator and wide, comfortable stairs. Thank you for an amazing stay. Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the poolđŸ€©. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friendsđŸ„° Looking forward to staying here again!

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff Support We stayed one night at Del Rio in Iloilo and it turned out to be a memorable experience, thanks mainly to the incredibly caring and professional Front Office staff. During our stay, I suddenly experienced a massive abdominal pain . The FO team was amazing — they immediately assisted me, provided painkillers, prepared a hot compress, and even called a medic to ensure I received proper treatment. Their genuine concern and quick action really made us feel well taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. The breakfast the next morning was incredible, with a wide variety of choices ranging from delicious local Iloilo dishes to continental options. Everything was fresh and tasty — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved having direct access to the Esplanade, which made for a perfect morning run with beautiful views. The only downside was that the pool was not operating during our visit. Overall, despite the short stay, Del Rio left a very positive impression because of its helpful staff and great breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Iloilo. Highly recommended!

Days Hotel is amongst the oldest hotels in Iloilo located near Atrium in 4th & 5th floors. I arrived early as I wasn’t feeling well and they accommodated me an hour prior my check in . It is also near health and wellness facilities . The bedroom has two double king sized bed with en suite facilities , so spacious and immaculately clean. April ( one of the staff) kindly prepared our breakfast too as I need to check out at 5:30am. I paid £50 to book for the room good for 3 people. Due to myself feeling unwell I didn’t take photos I just want to rest straight away which was very cozy indeed. It was a very nice experience I enjoyed the facial and full body massaged also.

The staff were accommodating, and both the hotel and our room were clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, Iloilo Central Market, and the port. My only concern, which I also noted in their feedback form, was the water. The shower water seemed salty and slightly sticky, almost like seawater. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was pleasant. Breakfast is served plated and is quite filling, and the internet connection is reliable. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Positives: - cleanliness - drinking water provided on corridor - good Aircon Negatives: - outdated poor condition facilities (shower, taps, furniture) - variable quality internet - no cutlery, no plates - the advertised western breakfast is Filipino breakfast options only in reality - coffee was offered for 1 day for my entire stay, no top up, no tea - no cleaning of room offered, happened

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is very convenient just near the mall, so everything we needed was within easy reach. The amenities were good and added to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Convenient location and super budget-friendly rates! 😊 Rooms are spacious and comfy with clean bed sheets. One thing: could use some extra cleaning near the AC - a bit of mold on the ceiling. Overall, solid stay for the price! 👍

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

The staff was friendly and helpful since yung isang room is may issue sa AC so I asked her to check and she did pero same padin so she decided so transfer my friend to another room. The location is nice malapit sa mall but about the cleanliness dati okay sya since always kami nag stay dito maybe kulang na sila sa staff that's why other area's is hindi okay but it's a good stay.
