The reception area and the number of staff are completely inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. The staff themselves are friendly, but the waiting time to check into the rooms is far too long.

Abdullah Zulfiqar UKWow, what an amazing experience! Highly recommended.
The hotel was spotless throughout our stay, and the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location—just a short walk from Masjid al-Haram, making it very convenient for Umrah.
We were initially upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which was a great start to our stay. Later, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning during the hot weather. Mr. Hashim handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to an even larger and more spacious room. He also kindly extended our checkout time until 5:00 pm, which made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free.
The hotel also generously offered us the choice of either dinner or breakfast. We chose breakfast, and it was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality.
At checkout, Mr. Hassan was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring everything went smoothly.
A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hashim, Mr. Hassan, and the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

Amazing hotel, very clean and tidy, amazing breakfast options and very easy to access supermarkets, shops and takeaways form the hotel without needing to leave the hotel.
The main stand out is the proximity to the haram.
Overall 10/10.

R YoussefI had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and feels brand new. The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, it's just a short walk from Al Haram, which made everything so convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Makkah!

SabShaariLove the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

Guest UserThe consensus on Pullman Zamzam Makkah highlights a highly practical hotel that trades premium room luxury for unparalleled proximity to the Holy Haram.
🟢 The Good : Proximity: Located directly inside the Abraj Al Bait (Clock Tower) complex, allowing pilgrims to reach the Masjid al-Haram courtyard within a few minutes Agoda.Haram Views: Selecting premium rooms yields remarkable, direct views overlooking the Kaaba and courtyard Pullman Zamzam Makkah.Amenities: Directly connected to a massive shopping mall, retail stores, international food courts, and supermarkets Accor.
🔴 The Bad : Elevator Delays: A dual-lift system forces guests to switch elevators at the main lobby, causing extreme congestion and 30+ minute wait times during major prayer slots.

Roon YdneffeThe hotel location is bit far from Masjidil Haram. The room and view are wonderful. The amenities are also provided as per guess requirement. But, the mattress is medium to hard, not suitable for me.

Guest UserLovely hotel with amenities like gym, cafe, breakfast.
In order to have your room cleaned or bring utensils you need to call them.
They have buses going to Al Kaaba for every single prayer (you have to wait outside before the prayer call otherwise you will miss the bus).
One more thing i liked is the distances not more than 3 minutes to a mosque, mini market 3 restaurants(you must try the Chinese one it’s the go to).
Side tips:
- if you trying to to buy some gifts you can go to Alotaibih Marke the prices is better than nearby hotel gift shops.

Guest UserHuge thanks and appreciation to the receptionist, Sara! She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!
