A little village of cute, brightly-painted and spotlessly clean bungalows at an amazing price, just a couple hundred yards from Sairee Beach and a short drive to all the other (and better) beaches of the Chumphon area. Note that it's a Thai-style resort, with a Thai-style bed (beyond firm), and there's no pool here, but a great stopover at an unbeatable price, with a Thai breakfast in the morning.

No water pressure in shower, bathroom needs updating. Room was very noisy with what sounded like a small aircraft taking off or wind tunnel all night, didn’t get any sleep because of this!
Staff were lovely and the omelette for breakfast was really good.
There was no wine at the bar so we bought our own but they had other drinks like soft drinks, beer and spirits.
It looked better at night with all the lights around the trees and pool/bar area.

Danny CW NgSpacious big room with laminated wood floor. The only thing it doesn't have is a safety box. There is a electric kettle to boil water. You can even take a bath. Not many hotels in this grade has a bathtub. Room is very big but the 30 inch TV looks tiny sitting in the big room.
The breakfast is simple buffet style and is good. There is toast with jam, Instant coffee and tea, Eggs sunny side up and sausages. Salads, Thai food stir fry and steam rice and fruits and croissants.
This is a great place for an overnight stay enroute to Bangkok or HatYai. I will come back.

NabhabhatThe accommodation is closed to the centre of Chumphon town and convenient to travel the night market both walk and car. Having many car spaces and big bedroom as well as warm welcoming from the hotel staff. Nicely Thai local breakfast served for all visitors.

Pon and Fy on reception couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately and understandably even translation sites couldn't help get the message across on occasion.
As I read on another review, there is noise from a very nearby club and the bathroom is unfinished. The fridge goes off when key removed so a spare fob was kindly supplied to stop the milk going off.
No m/bike available so only taxis/bhtbus.
Having said all that nothing spoilt our personal experience of this place and the staff were excellent

Countless stays. Still the best for overnight rest along Hadyai Bangkok route. Value for money. Can provide more amenities will be excellent. Even with some height in price.

The rooms are in a dilapidated condition. For example, the room door didn't close completely. The bathroom door was loose and could be rocked back and forth. Breakfast was not impressive. Just stayed for the first time. and didn't ask to stay again Not worth the money spent

Traveling_DocThe resort was about 2 KM away from town square/railway station. So finding transport in the evenings was sort of a challenge.
The breakfast although clean was meager. The eggs were cold, bread not toasted.
The room had a moldy odor, lampshades were full of dust.
If you’re on a road trip to or from Bangkok then it’s old to have a stop over for a night. Not more.

What a great find. Right by the beach and lots of great restaurants to eat fresh fish and delicious food.
The owner was really friendly and helped us out with any questions or advice we needed. The room was perfect - spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice - rice soup, bananas, sweet rice packets, fried eggs, coffee, tea…. More than adequate.
We decided to stay an extra night here as it was so relaxing and peaceful. Would recommend.

Affordable price. Sleeping in a tent with air conditioning is another experience. The tent is small and the blankets are a little thin. But it's good to carry a personal blanket. The entrance route is at the end of the sea.
