AAnonymous UserThis old villa, steeped in history and stories, is exceptionally clean! It's also very close to the Aegean Sea, just a 10-minute walk away. The swimming pool is charmingly small, and the breakfast is exquisite and unique—a truly unforgettable experience.

Ooz_hurricaneLet me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site.
The negatives
- The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here.
- food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy.
- entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try.
Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

Ss. izmirFirst of all location of hotel was perfect. Rooms are clean and comfortaible. All foods also good quality and delicious. restaurant,lobby bar staff very friendly and good. We like everything with my gf and was leaving from hotel with nice memories.

QQIONGThe sea view room only has a small open window, but the surrounding environment is very good. It is very close to Pigeon Island and it takes 10 minutes to walk. Breakfast is average. There is no hot water bottle in the room, there is a hair dryer, the elevator is very small, and it feels like it will fall at any time. No big mirrors. Breakfast is on the top floor terrace, this is ok. I didn't take a photo of the hotel, because it is only a short time to stay here, so it doesn't matter. If you stay here, I don't recommend it.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Much better than expected. Clean, spacious room, amazing view and friendly staff. I ended up extending an extra night. Location is 5 min drive from most main attractions or 15-20 min to main bus stops.

Yyayanini2001The advantage of the hotel is that it is in a very good location, close to the harbor, and you can enjoy the sea view from the sea view rooms and outside the restaurant. Of course, the hardware facilities are relatively backward, the doors and locks need to be updated, and the shower room is also very small. It is still okay to make do with it for a night occasionally, and the price is the advantage.

LLIHotel location is good: close to the ladder of the cliff, there are many restaurants and bars. The apartment equipment is old and there is a kitchen to cook, but the owner is very nice and the balcony can be used to watch the sea.

GGuest UserIt's a bit weird cuz the water is salty like sea water(or that is) the best is they have a swim poor with such a good price, the pool is clean and warm.
