West Hotels with Free Breakfast

We were really excited about our stay but found it extremely disappointing. We had an issue with our transfer that was handled poorly with no apology. Service at the resort is terrible. Whilst the resort itself is nice (accommodation is lovely) the beaches on the main island are far superior. In our opinion, not worth the money.

The hotel is located by the sea and the sea view is very nice. But there is no beach on the beach. The food at the hotel was terrible, the breakfast was particularly small, bread, fruit and eggs. Had lunch once and it was expensive, not tasty and the ingredients were not fresh. Room facilities are old and the cabinets are dirty. The hotel has a swimming pool, but outsiders can come in and play. When we checked in, many local junior high school students were playing in the evening, and we were afraid to enter the water.
