Clean and modern hotel is a great location. Service is excellent. There is extra charge for parking.

Well, I was told by the concierge that was a 5-star hotel! Here is a list of the items that happened to me during my stay: 1. No toothbrush, no toothpaste 2. No slippers 3. No cotton swabs 4. They forgot to give me the breakfast voucher 5. I was served eggs and bacon which I didn’t order In my opinion, this hotel could qualify for a 3-star rating, no more!

I left two coats in the room when I checked out，after 4 hours I call to hotel，hotel response that there was no coat in the room，I feel so disappointed that this is my first to live in hampton inn and first time lost things can not be found.I think I would not select hampton inn for my travel stop.

1. The hotel is clean, quiet, free parking, with breakfast (milk, coffee, fruit, bread, yogurt), with outdoor swimming pool. 2. The location is good, 6 minutes drive to AVAlon pedestrian street (there are coffee shops, cinemas and clothing stores, etc., very elegant), 6 minutes drive to the very delicious Thai restaurant (nahm fine thai cuisine) (5310 windward parkway, suite C). 20 minutes drive to Zhonghua Supermarket, Chinese restaurants and other places. 3. I will choose this hotel next time,

TV not working the entire night / hotel booked so I couldn’t swap rooms. Loud stomping noises from upstairs the entire night / early morning.

The room is large, there is a bathtub 🛁 you can take a bath, it is very clean and quiet, open the curtains and a small park, I like it very much. If you buy breakfast, you need to ask the front desk to give you a coupon

The facilities are old, but clean and convenient for eating out. There are many business districts around, various cuisines, and you can walk or drive. Overall, it is very cost-effective and recommended
