TTonyZhanghaoThe hotel's service consciousness was too poor. I waited for a long time at midnight and there was no one at the front desk. The refrigerator in the room is so loud that it doesn't rest well

GGuest UserWe got off to a bumpy start as the original room assigned had been left unclean. The friendly staff quickly relocated me into a new room and were also able to provide the cooking utensils I requested. (some locations had not been able to do so). The staff is what saved the stay.
