"The hotel is a mid-range hotel in westin. The room is very new and relatively large. The location is in a better area of Reno City. The bed was very comfortable. Some reviews said it was noisy, maybe because the windows were not closed tightly. The public area on the first floor is relatively large. The gym facilities are okay and the breakfast is also good."

Great
GGuest UserQuite new hotel, relatively normal Hyatt Place room, average breakfast. Close to the highway, it's best to ask the front desk for a room on the inside, otherwise it's quite noisy.
GGuest UserThe hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. The parking lot is enough to stop at will. Breakfast is a typical British American breakfast and you can eat. The front desk service was very good. I didn't pay attention to pulling the credit card in the suitcase on the first day of check-in. I didn't let the card be swiped. I let the check-in first. Overall hotel is good!
SSunflowerSYBooked a king suites room. Comes with sofa bed and a small kitchen area. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Complimentary coffee and tea station at lobby area. About 8 mins drive to nearby ****** downtown if you plan to drop by during your stay.
JJIKEJust beside the small river, cross the bridge and walk more than 200 meters along the river to the car museum to see the various cars carefully collected by the casino owner. A dedicated parking garage is available for free parking. The stopover from Yellowstone Park to Yosemite is not bad. Reno is the second largest city in Nevada and has many casinos.
GGuest UserIt's quite clean. It takes too long to refund the hotel deposit. It takes a month. I didn't have parking but I was charged a parking fee of 14 US dollars.
GGuest UserThe Hilton resort hotel feels very new, the front desk service is very standardized, breakfast is OK, the room is clean and feels large, the facilities are complete, I recommend everyone
FFONG SIANGThe room is very clean, the space is spacious and clean, the attitude of the counter staff is also very good, any questions or needs will be patiently answered, next time you come to Reno, you will come back again.
GGuest UserThe hotel was a perfect location and was clean. The maid service was spotty with items not replenished on 2 of the 4 days (towels and coffee). The rooms were well kept but the equipment in the exercise room was not working. Half of the exercise machines were ”out of order” and the balance were not hooked up to TV screens.
GGuest UserThe third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.
