DD.RamNeeded much needed sleep and didn’t get it. After being told I was getting a room that would be quiet and away from anything, I instead got a room that was near road and it was loud. Asked for room to be away from elevator as well and it was literally right next to it. Late check-out was not handled properly at first but eventually just left at normal check-out time. Water pressure in shower was terrible, almost coming to a trickle and then coming back on boiling hot…very dangerous!

GGuest UserI was greeted by the nicest receptionist, I told her that trip.com was no help on switching my room from a double bed to a king cause that wasn’t even supposed to be , she never hesitated she just did it .. The walk from the hotel to mill ave for dinner an drinks was 7 min , so nice . At night to go on roof with the pool an view omg gorgeous... very clean an very nice ... will stay again an will recommend to others ..

LLUMarriott manages its brand, has lived in Los Angeles, the basic quality is the same, the room is very hygienic and very good! Breakfast American style. Don't compare with domestic Marriott, not a style. Overall satisfaction

林林The front desk staff is good, the hotel has an airport pick-up and drop-off service, the breakfast is full with three fruits, the room is independent and the air conditioning is good, and the parking lot is in a lot of location.

ささやかIt's within walking distance of the nearest station, and there's a Whole Foods, shops, and a bus stop nearby, so it's very convenient and I'd definitely come back!

SSergio Dominic DominguezVery great hotel to stay at especially if you're gonna be there for college or just if you want to spot with everything around it without having to travel so many miles location in the middle of downtown Tempe next to the stadium yeah shopping areas all around you food city of food city pizza places you got Safeway down the street and clean the sport shops and everything food and name it it's there

快快乐毛驴The hotel is located in the Research Creative Industry Park, the transportation is very convenient, but there is nothing to go shopping within one kilometer around, but this is the case in Phoenix. The hotel facilities and sanitation are excellent and highly recommended.

DDedric CharlesWe just took an in town get-away from the kids. Service is friendly. Continental Breakfast in the beautiful dining area is beautiful. In fact, our stay was perfect with the exception of the visibly dirty and stained carpet in the room (not the common area) —- hard bottom slippers are an easy remedy. A peaceful, restful night and refreshed morning made everything look new by checkout time.

LLori HagenRoom was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground

HHotelJunkiethe room was very small for my boyfriend and i. i asked to be upgraded because we kept hitting our legs , which caused injuries. The room is good for one person.
