Wir haben im November unseren 4. Urlaub in der Hacienda verbracht. Das erste Mal nach Corona und dem Vulkanausbruch. Und es war wie immer toll. Die renovierten Zimmer, die tolle Anlage, die Lage, das freundliche Personal und das tolle Frühstück. Nur Halbpension würden wir nicht mehr buchen, sondern wie bei unseren letzten 3 Aufenthalten abends essen gehen. Das Abendessen am Buffet war nicht unser Geschmack und doch oft sehr tot gekocht. Wir würden auch kein Zimmer im Block B mit Balkon Richtung dem ehemaligen Einkaufszentrum mehr buchen (sofern sich das irgendwie bei einer Pauschalreise vermeiden lässt). Dort war es nachts durch das Gedudele der umliegenden Bars/Restaurants doch sehr laut. Samstag Nacht war bis in die frühen Morgenstunden Karaoke und Hundegebell zu hören so dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Das war bereits bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt 2019 so. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal wieder genau das gleiche Zimmer.

Hotel escondido frente a una playa de arena negra en medio de una vegetación exuberante y al lado de plataneras. La quinta planta con sus terrazas al jardín y al mar, excepcional. Ese bufet, al cual accedes a través de un jardín idilico, es muy correcto. Las habitaciones/apartamentos, son cómodas, silenciosas y agradables. Por ponerle una pega, yo le pondria otra tv en el dormitorio ( ya lo tiene en el salón). Si te gusta la convivencia con animales y plantas, este es vuestro hotel. Personal de diez.

Bel hôtel avec un beau jardin où se promènent canards chats … Une jolie piscine (un peu fraîche) Bonne nourriture, pas énormément de choix mais il y a de tout,viande,poisson,légumes ect… Chambres sous forme de petits appartements très fonctionnel et très agréable. Dommage que la météo soit si capricieuse aux alentours de santa cruz !!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr großem sehr gut gepflegten großen Botanischen Garten in dem die Poollandschaft integriert wurde. Das Personal ist super freundlich, die Zimmer sind top gepflegt uns sehr sauber (wir hatten eines in der fünften Etage). Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für das Essen. Die warmen Speisen waren nicht unser Geschmack. Das Frühstück war gut mit frischem Salat und Obst, auch hier aber Abzug wegen der warmen Speisen (zB. tot gegartes Schweinefilet, Pilze aus der Dose). Wir hatten zum Glück nur Frühstück gebucht und sind in den zahlreichen Restaurants in der Umgebung bestens versorgt worden (Empfehlung El Lagar).

Wirklich ein tolles Hotel. Alles wird sehr gepflegt und sauber geputzt.
Wir hatten etwas Pech mit unserem Zimmer, es war so dunkel dass man auch durch den Tag elekrtrisches Licht brauchte. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, obwohl das Zimmer nebenan die ganze Zeit frei war.

Friendliest, warmest hospitality team we’ve ever met. Wonderful gardens around the pool, excellent beachfront location, convenient breakfast-dinner options. We’ve been here twice and wouldn’t hesitate coming a third time, if circumstances permit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hacienda San Jorge! They have a massive pool surrounded by gorgeous gardens. The beach is only a few steps away. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff were very attentive and kind. They spoke English and German perfectly. I have issues with my back and my bed was a tad bit hard but I asked for a bed topper and it was fine after that. The room was a little warm at times as they do not have AC, but they were able to accommodate me with a fan. We enjoyed the location. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. The best part was the car/room package deal! We had a car ready within minutes of checking in . The whole process was very easy. The island of La Palma is absolutely magnificent! We will definitely be back.

Mi experiencia fue altamente gratificante. El hotel tiene un jardín que es un auténtico vergel por el que se puede pasear muy agradablemente con una piscina enorme de agua salada. La limpieza es muy buena en todo el recinto. El bufet del desayuno es muy bueno y muy variado, tienen de todo y se puede desayunar en el jardín o mirando al mar. Pero lo que quiero destacar es la excelente atención de todo personal del hotel, adsolutamente de todos. Son atentísimos, muy educados, te resuelven lo más mínimo al momento, muy agradables, es un activo importantísimo de este hotel. Sólo le pongo un "pero". Nosotros estábamos en las habitaciones premium y no había ascensor, tuvimos que subir 2 plantas con las maletas por las escaleras. Las habitaciones que son premium sí tienen ascensor, pero me pareció un muy buen hotel, merece la pena ir.
