Mi experiencia fue altamente gratificante. El hotel tiene un jardín que es un auténtico vergel por el que se puede pasear muy agradablemente con una piscina enorme de agua salada. La limpieza es muy buena en todo el recinto. El bufet del desayuno es muy bueno y muy variado, tienen de todo y se puede desayunar en el jardín o mirando al mar. Pero lo que quiero destacar es la excelente atención de todo personal del hotel, adsolutamente de todos. Son atentísimos, muy educados, te resuelven lo más mínimo al momento, muy agradables, es un activo importantísimo de este hotel. Sólo le pongo un "pero". Nosotros estábamos en las habitaciones premium y no había ascensor, tuvimos que subir 2 plantas con las maletas por las escaleras. Las habitaciones que son premium sí tienen ascensor, pero me pareció un muy buen hotel, merece la pena ir.

It has been an absolutely wonderful stay. We have travelled a lot, and we are rarely this sad to be returning home. Hacienda San Jorge has been a dream. The resort is beautiful, and even better than the pictures you can find online. The staff and service is impeccable, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention Nevis, who works in the little supermarket in the resort, she is a lovely person and really made us feel welcome! The animals on the resort made the experience even more special. Like other reviews mentioned previously, there is indeed no airconditioning in the rooms. We asked for two fans and this solved the issue. The only thing we would like to see improved is the buffet dinner. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening, but we were surprised to notice that most of the food was cold, despite being placed under heaters. However, overall this was a fantastic stay and we will be returning as soon as possible.

Een mooi en goed onderhouden appartementen hotel met ruime, gerenoveerde appartementen en een mooi tropische botanische tuin. Zwembad met zout water waar handdoekje leggen niet wordt getolereerd. Dus altijd genoeg ruimte. Aan de achterkant van het hotel stap je na oversteken van een vrij rustige weg zo op het strand. Een aantal restaurants en twee winkeltjes in de directe omgeving van het hotel, en binnen loopafstand twee supermarkten.

Buen sitio para estar tranquilo, descansar y disfrutar de sus instalaciones e un entorno inmejorable y muy bien comunicado. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Buen cátering, la piscina es mejor al natural que en las fotos y con comercios y restaurantes cercanos.

Fijn complex met een mooi onderhouden tuin. Heel gastvrij en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt met veel keuze. Diner is in buffet vorm met veel wisselende gerechten per dag. Alles wordt goed onderhouden en schoongemaakt. Aanrader als je iets wil zien van het eiland huur een auto.

Hotel and gardens are lovely, as are the staff. I would have left a 5 star review were it not for the confusion at the end with the hotel bill which we'd settled the day before leaving, but there was an issue with staff training and/or the system so on checking it out it was stressful. This ruined an otherwise perfect stay.

Estupenda piscina. Estupenda terraza, con numerosas tumbonas. Espectaculares jardines. Excelente atención del personal. Buen apartamento. Buena conexión wifi en todo el recinto. Buen y surtido buffet. No nos pudimos bañar en la playa de los Cancajos ni un sólo dia de la semana, debido a las condiciones del mar, y eso en agosto . La duda es si es siempre asi, o fue puntual.
