In general, the hotel is a very comfortable place. The staffs are so nice and very helpful. The restaurant for the breakfast are also really good. And it is located in a very convenient location, you can very easy to take bus to Richmond or ealing board way to go to central london or the airport. My mum visit me in London. I booked a 2 bed’s room, but basically the room is only for her to stay. She lived there for 10 nights. The hotel guaranteed that they will do housekeeping every 7 days. For the last night I choose to stay with her. However, I accidentally found the bed is full of hairs. Some hairs are short, and some are long. Which should not belongs to my mum. It means the housekeepers have not change the bed sheet and those hairs are not belongs to my mum, because she stay in only 1 bed. But that bed with hairs is the other one. Clean and tidy for a bed is the basic requirement for an accommodation. That’s really disgusting and unacceptable for an apartment hotel. All in all, I would recommend other travelers to stay but the hotel should train staff to do the room cleaning well.

Service was friendly and would have got higher score of it weren’t for reception calling my room at 2330 repeatedly about someone else’s deliveroo order! Gym was ok, but had machines broken. Everything else quite good, but location can not be higher than average being right next to and overlooking the M4. Cleanliness also average due to presence of silverfish like bugs in the bathroom

Good thing The hotel is clean and affordable The only thing I don't like is that they don't change the sheets unless u stay for like 8 days !!! And they keep the room balcony closed unless u r claustrophobic !!! Over I love the place

The breakfast was very good. There is a supermarket nearby which is very convenient. The room space is good, but the floor is a bit old and the cleaning could be better. The view from the window is blocked by the building next to it, which makes it a bit dull.

The location is more than ten minutes walk from the train station Shop facilities and hygiene are acceptable Open outdoor environment There are fitness facilities, great! Courteous front desk staff However, the cooking utensils are poor and the frying pan is scratched and unfit for cooking.

The location of the hotel is convenient. There is a supermarket next to the hotel to buy daily necessities. The supermarket has fruits, vegetables, and meat to buy. There is a kitchen in the hotel room, so it is very convenient to cook by yourself. The hotel staff is friendly, but because it is an aparthotel, there is only one room cleaning service a week. Next time I travel to London, I will consider staying again.
