Tolles Hotel hatte schon bessere Betten. Bein Frühstück fehlte nach kurzer Zeit das ein oder andere was auf Nachfrage wieder aufgefüllt wurde.

Prenotata camera con balcone, con molta sorpresa aprendo la porta finestra troviamo il balcone con le impalcature pieno di calcinacci e altra roba da cantiere= inutilizzabile, cosa molto grave hanno tolto il divisorio del balcone tra questa e un altra stanza, mettici pure che la finestra (rotta)non si chiudeva ci potevamo ritrovare estranei dentro la camera, hotel 4 stelle ma che 4 stelle non è, mancanza del doppio cuscino, mancanza dei set di cortesia, mancanza di ciabatte, mancanza dei saponi. Colazione nella media zona in pieno centro ben servita da negozi.

Hotel needs to be renovated, especially the rooms, if you want to guarantee a 4-star service. Old rooms, poor linen, non-existent bathroom set. 70s hairdryer, no kettle in the room for tea or coffee after a day on the snow. Cleanliness not as good as expected in a 4 star hotel. All of this at a very high price, even for the area. Tiny spa, but access to a swimming pool center 200 meters away is guaranteed. The breakfast is good, the restaurant is renovated and pleasant, the staff is kind and helpful. Central and very convenient location. Sin!

First time at the Krone hotel. Very central location. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Varied breakfast, dinner with quality and refined products. Very friendly staff and excellent parking. The Brixen card allows you not to use the car. Highly recommended.

I stayed in one of the apartments. When I arrived the heating was off (you can imagine the temperature during this period). When turned on, the heating in the room is not working, furthermore the shower is impracticable as it is completely blocked and after 30 sec. the water comes out up to the entrance door. Furthermore, throughout the apartment there are dangling cobwebs, lots of dust and traveling spiders. I ask for a room change, they tell me that it is not possible, I check on the site and the rooms are available. I report problems, but I notice total indifference. Obviously the cleaning of the apartment is charged handsomely. Not recommended.

Very nice structure, very large room, very large bathroom, excellent location, directly in the center of Bressanone. Unfortunately there is no air conditioner in the room, only a small fan and this summer has been very hot. Unfortunately the window faced the street and noises could often be heard even at night.
