Camera piccola anche se accogliente. Il bagno senza bidet in un 4 stelle ma soprattutto pochissima chiarezza sui prezzi. Passi la zona benessere a pagamento, anche se per me è allucinante, il peggior servizio riguarda il parcheggio: dapprima ci viene detto che non c'è ( quindi l'alternativa è arrangiarsi nei parcheggi non vicini), poi ce lo trovano e scopriamo alla fine che costava 40 euro al giorno: ci viene detto che anche se la receptionist non ce lo aveva detto, c'era scritto sul sito internet. in buona sostanza, ci stanno facendo un piacere....a ospitarci

Hotel molto grande, ben pulito, con una vista indescrivibile sulle montagne. Stanze accoglienti e calde non grandissime, ottima la colazione. Si può uscire direttamente con gli sci ai piedi, la pista su cui si esce non è molto semplice, porta direttamente alla funivia. Attenzione all'arrivo, l'ultimo tratto prima dell'Hotel c'è una salita che, se ghiacciata, può dare problemi alle auto anche con gomme da neve. Buono il servizio navetta dell'Hotel che rinforzerei un po'. L'ingresso alla piscina dell'albergo non è compreso nel costo delle camere.

I couldn't give it more than 3 stars because of two big issues: 1. the shuttle system is a mess: the schedule isn't followed; when a shuttle fills up it leaves even if that before the scheduled time; although there are two vehicles, only one shuttle is typically active, regardless of need. We ended up waiting for nearly an hour at one time to back up to the hotel because the shuttle left before the scheduled time, and in a loud "conversation" with another group trying to go down the mountain because seating was insufficient. And 2. The level of English is such that a lot of requests and other conversation are not understood. For a high-end property during the height of the ski season, when they are making the most money, these should not be issues. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place.

Lots of good points. Food at breakfast and dinner was excellent and the staff were great.Nice bar for pre-dinner drinks. Our room was well equipped and comfortable with extra pillows. It was a good four star. The ski in -ski out is great amd unlike some other reviewers we were happy with the rental and ski shop. Negatives were having to pay €23 each to use the pool and loungers in addition to the €600 a night half board for the room. It should be included.

I've stayed at the White Angel five times now and not been disappointed. It's a quality hotel up the hill from Cervinia with ski in and out (onto a red run though!). Reception and restaurant staff have always been friendly and professional. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The shuttle bus means it's no hassle to get into the town even if you don't want to face the 20 min walk down, 30 min walk up. The spa is superb with an open pool section with amazing view. Definitely recommended.
