小酒店房間不大但挺温馨。老闆娘老太太很熱情。早上很早到的，本以為可能沒有空房間可以check in，老太太説你先在餐廳喝杯咖啡我去看看有沒有ready 的房間，於是讓服務員給我們端來兩杯咖啡。咖啡還沒喝完，她就回來了，説房間已經好了，等你們喝完咖啡就可以去房間了。

The breakfast was excellent, and there were lots of options for any diets or appetites. Staff were trying very hard to serve their customers or guest hotel.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, stilvoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel. Ein wenig störend ist das Bass-Gewummere des im Erdgeschoss gelegenen Lokals bis in die späten Abendstunden.

Beautiful, well-maintained, lovely, charming, quaint hotel! The breakfast area was so lovely (breakfast was delicious and plentiful and included), every little detail perfect. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great location - center of town. For our budget it was a little expensive - but well worth the price!! I would definitey stay there again.

Heerlijk gegegen en gedronken. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel!! Een mooie plek midden in Brig. Leuk voor een drankje maar zeker ook de moeite om te gaan eten. Een ruime kaart met typisch Zwitserse gerechten. Heerlijk. Prijs is redelijk normaal

Pros - staff are amazing - breakfast is great quality - room clean - centrally located - safe: pass code needed to enter premise after office hours - self-service on drinks, wine, and pre-paid hot beverage (not sure what the last one means, will find out at check out) Cons - room smell of mildew/sweat (you get used to it, then it's okay) - stayed from Sun-Tue, in this super quiet town, Monday night the music (and its bass) blasts into the night (it's 22:38, hoping 23:00 it will end?) Seriously, this town doesn't need stereo music blasting.... curfew of 21:00 should be enforced here. Ear plugs are provided, but with the bass and pounding, they are useless. Sadly, everything else seems useless when you could not sleep in a hotel. Overall Minus the music, I'd stay here again for sure.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It is centrally located in Brig and a short walk to everything including the train and over a dozen restaurants. The staff here are very friendly and do a nice job keeping the place very clean and inviting. The freshly made breakfasts are so nice and the home made granola is AMAZING. The staff speak several different languages so I was able to interact with them easily in English. I loved the old keys that are used to get into the room. Bed was comfortable. There was no TV in my room but that was fine with me. My only complaint would be that there is no closet, just a hanging rack with 6 hangers. I managed okay but I do like to hang up all my work clothes for a business trip. However even with that, I would never consider staying anywhere else in Brig when I return. I also love the mascot, such a cool logo.
