Muchas áreas en remodelación. No funcionaba el elevador, ni la piscina. No hacen las habitaciones todos los días, hay que solicitarlo. Pero para solo dormir y desayunar esta bien.

When we checked in we were informed that the elevator to the second floor was out of order. Our booked room was on the second floor! Fortunately the young lady that checked us in was able to reassign us to the first floor. Good job by her all around.

It took three different trips to the front desk to get a key that worked. Breakfast was not made for people who are gluten and lactose intolerant.

When we arrived, both desk clerks were ready for us with paperwork and keys. A binder with local restaurants was accessible. Room had full amenities, except for shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was stocked and hot food was hot.
