The hotel is a B&B. Although the rooms are small, they are clean and tidy. The building is older and has no elevator, so you have to be very careful when walking up the narrow stairs. The breakfast is very rich, and the waiters are also hospitable. One of the Vietnamese waiters must be praised.

Lovely hotel and perfect location for shopping restaurants beach. Was very clean and had most of what you need. Bathroom was clean and shower powerful and hot. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Staff helpful and friendly. Only negatives were being overlooked by the houses behind so blind had to stay down (room32) bed and room were comfortable but small no vanity or shelf for makeup. A lot of noise from room above and doors slamming. Would recommend and stay here again as the price I felt was reasonable.

The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The hotel shone with cleanliness. A very satisfying breakfast, with lots on offer, and more that you could request. First class location, walking distance to the sea and town, and on a bus route.

We stayed here on Saturday night and just couldn't fault it. Daniella was so lovely and helpful from booking us in to serving us at breakfast. The room was spotless and was great having a room with a balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room so light and airy. The breakfast was excellent! We managed to get a space right outside the hotel although was £17.50 for 24 hours - but that's Brighton for you. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was in the basement but it was super large, quiet, walk in shower, kingsize bed and wonderfully clean and everything worked! The receptionist was very nice and breakfast looked great but we booked room only to keep the cost down. Highly recommend.
