Ibis Brighton City Centre - Station Reviews

We had a wonderful stay at the ibis hotel in Brighton,it’s just a 10 minute walk from the station & short walk to the sea front.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is walkable to the famous beach. It is next to the central station and super convenient to start the journey in Brighton

Very good location right next to the train station. Lots of shops around and easy access to bus stops.

We caught the flu and couldn’t travel. We provided the hotel with medical certificates and everything however, they still charged the full amount. When we called the hotel, they were very rude, demeaning and unsympathetic. The person on the call didn’t work even allow you to speak. If that’s their attitude towards customers, I am glad I didn’t end of going here. Please avoid at all costs.

Fantastic staff, especially Daniella, who couldn't do enough. Amazing buffet breakfast with a great choice. I'd recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent and the room is spacious and comfortable and clean that I stayed there for 20 days and I just love it that is a great deal for money indeed

Great hotel - very handy location from train station and town centre. Basic rooms but clean and comfortable for short stays

Found mould on the window just where the kettle, tea and coffee packs were (on the window seal). Could not leave the blinds open to avoid inhaling mould. The bins were very small...baby size with no bin liners. The tissues were very cheap quality - very thin! Location was ideal as was by the train station for easier travel and transfer.

It is really nice room and the reception stuff was enthusiastic.
