Acceptable
Had to change room three times due to issues but once settled it was fine. Rooms are okay, need to keep on top of maintenance with showers leaking. Breakfast was good - location also good .

Très déçu malgré un bon petit-déjeuner.
Je suis très déçu par l'hôtel Palacio Tondon. L'hôtel censé être calme au bord d'une rivière était en fait extrêmement bruyant. Dans ma chambre située sous les toits, les bruits d'une fête de village étaient à peine filtrés (en plus des bruits de craquements de la charpente). Je n'ai pas pu dormir avant l'arrêt de la musique entre 4 et 5 heures du matin alors que je n'ai normalement aucun problème pour m'endormir. La réception de l'hôtel n'a rien fait. Il me semble que la moindre des choses aurait été de proposer le remboursement de la nuit ou une nuit gratuite ultérieure. La fonction de base d'un hôtel étant la possibilité de dormir il me semble anormal de considérer normal de payer plus de 200€ pour ne pouvoir dormir qu'après 4 heure du matin.
Par ailleurs, bien que visiblement récente, la décoration de la chambre de mauvaise qualité est déjà dégradée (faux bois éclaté probablement suite à la présence d'eau à proximité de la douche).
Pas de parking sécurisé. Il faut se garer dans la rue où de fêtards traînent)
Le petit-déjeuner est bon.

Great for 2-3 day stay close to Haro
Great location in the tiny, beautiful village Briñas by the river and a 25 min walk to the train station district in Haro. Great decor, fantastic breakfast and a nice patio by the river for drinks or a bite to eat.
They seemed to be understaffed in the restaurant and you had to wait a long time for orders, the 2-3 people who actually worked did everything they could and were very nice and professional.
It’s all very newly renovated, however there are a few things that might be a problem in the longer run - eg the shower was leaking, and as it was in the middle of the room it was wet next to thw bed after taking a shower.
Very much to recommend for a 2-3 day stay in Haro region.
