Room was nice, bathroom is clean and oK, some parts in the room can be improve like moulded door, windows, and fridge/minibar need to be service from time to time. Travelling with baby might need fridge to store babies foods and our room minibar cannot be used. Inform the front office crew and maintenance fixed it, saying the minibar a bit slow to cool down, until then we never open the minibar door cause was thinking to let it cold af, however it is such a shame cause minibar remain the same and can’t be use cause not cold at all. 🤦🏻‍♀️ this one u may improve it ok?? No breakfast. Iron on the GF. Would recommend to put iron on every floor for guests convenience. Comfortable beds, clean towel even towel got holes on it 😅 ... hot shower is a must and they have it both for shower and hand sink💪🏾 friendly front office staffs. Quick service for Indian Lady work there for evening and next morning shift for her quick action/feedback to guests when theres a request. Sure we will be back but we’re not dare to recommend this hotel to someone else or family members. Overall, its a 50-50 review. Thanks all.

Good service hotel management but something about the fecilatis like aisbox it's not working when I come to room😔 and have garbage About the place view very nice looking and good😍 And easy to go place like the sheep,argo mart,sungai palas teh bohh

Location: bit secluded but not too difficult to find with map and also there are signage along main road that you can look out for. Clealiness: very clean and we love the design of the room. Our room came with a bed and sofa so enough for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. toilet is spacious and has storage space. our balcony faces the trees so not much view to see. Air is crisp, main building is a short walk from our room and not sheltered. Service: excellent. the staff were great. we reached at the evening, did not do any pre-booking for their hotpot meal but we really wanted it for the cool night. the staff tried to accomodate and set up a table for us. though the location was right at the main lobby but at least we got our meal. Facilities: they have a few activities at the hotel. we signed up for the walk around the resort. we did not imagine it to be a trek in the forest. Some areas were challenging as it was slippery. We did struggled a bit especially we have to carry my toddler in my arm when we are crossing certain areas. Otherwise it is really a great experience for my kids. The guide is really nice and he was keeping a look out and waiting for us, the group we are with also try to keep a lookout for one another and provide support. overall still a good experience just need to know what to expect.

Everything is perfect except for the size of the room. It’s too small for its price. I love the interior. It provides Netflix but sometimes internet connection was problematic too. Staff were great. They’re efficient and friendly. Delicious food for all breakfast lunch and dinner

Im a frequent traveller frm KL up to CH as my son n relatives are working there. But this is our first time trying this Hotel at De La Ferns since its close to my son's work place and seriously....im loving it!! Thank u so much crews..u made our day. Everything was perfect..1st stay on 24th Jan arrived late our original room was taken and we were given an upgrade room to junior suite..wow! 2nd stay again on 27th Jan ..both rooms were perfect facing the main road feels safe for us. So nice and kind ur staff is so understanding since for the 2nd stay i was alone they put me up close to the lift area. And the best part of all the room is ur TV oh my..ur Tv..android TV leh..jangan main main tau😂. We wil definately make this our fav hotel too. Now.....the bad part of this was......... Ur bed n pillows r so comfy u make us miss our breakfast!! Like..seriously!? 😂😂 So ..sorry guys if there isnt any reviews for d breakfast part since we havent got a chance to try it yet. But highly recommend this hotel to all. C u again La Ferns...😘😘✌️

Service:- I rode in from the rain ＞ asked for early check-in ＞ Receptionist called me a 115pm to let me know room was ready. Managed to keep my stuff with bellboy whilst I went out to find breakfast and wait for room check-in Bellboy helped bring my stuff to the room. 200RM deposit was returned to me in denominations of 50, when I had used 2 x 100RM notes ＞ I requested for this back and receptionist had to get manager approval before returning 2 x 100RM to me. Can borrow umbrella from lobby if it's raining. Facilties: Bathtub is kids size, not adult size. no massage services. Carpark ＞ no motorbike parking lots. Parking: I ended up parking my Ducati Diavel Carbon, FBL 747S, in basement carpark cos security guard did not let me park outside lobby. (Even though Ducati Club Singapore managed to park there in May 2024 as well as open carpark lots below) However later in the day, Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak, FBG 38G, was allowed to park there. Security guard said rider is from Kings Motorcycle Club ＞ I told security guard that Kings MC only rides harleys. Security guard then says rider is VIP, and his boss approved the parking. I questioned the receptionist ＞ they referred me to security ＞ I told receptionist what security said and receptionist could not do anything. The rider left the next morning; I was having breakfast at the outdoor seating, could hear him start the bike, let the bike warm up, before riding off. (so ”noise” is not a valid reason for not parking there) I came back to my motorbike to find it covered in dust and fluff, cos it was 7m away from the laundromat (I parked here cos there was another motorbike here and there are no motorbike lots in the basement carpark) The whole reason for parking somewhere visible and in line of sight of Security, is for the security of the motorycycle. (There is a notice in the basement carpark that states parking at carpark is responsibility of owner, not the premises) Breakfast: good spread and variety.

Now where do I start... There were many twists and turns before I finally decided on my stay at Rover's inn. Finally, after booking and cancelling several accommodations , I decided on this one. Upon looking at the pictures and the price, I thought the entire experience of staying here was just going to be so-so. But the entire experience really exceeded my expectations! Upon stepping foot into the hotel, I was greeted by the melody of soft jazz  wafting into the lobby. The owner warmly greeted me with a smile when I arrived at night, and he filled me in on the rules of the place. Maybe it's because I've been staying amongst the hustle and bustle of Singapore for too long - but the quaint, quiet and peaceful surroundings of the hotel felt absolutely refreshing and peaceful. I also really like the fact that the management makes it a point to make sure that noise is reduced to a minimum. The hotel room turned out to be really spacious too, and for the price , it is really quite reasonable. There is a lounge and a cute outdoor dining area for guests to consume their meals. Water, coffee and tea are also provided. In the lounge area, there are also some books that guests can read ☺️ I chose the classic - men are from Mars, women are from Venus. On the last day of my stay, Jessie forgot to return me my deposit and she specially called me up to make arrangements so she could return me the money. Really thankful for her honesty. Facilities wise, the only think I would really have wished could be included was a hair dryer! I couldn't find one and I really needed it to dry my hair. But I guess the hotel management would need more income to upgrade their facilities ? For the price, I really can't complain.☺️ Another thing is the walls are kinda thin? So sometimes I can hear the other guests in other rooms which kinda disrupts my sleep. Other than that, I'm really satisfied with my entire experience here ♥️☺️☺️

The service is good, the antique and heritage building, garden and ambience are the key attractions of this hotel Breakfast is very good and presentation is nice, especially come with the natural honey Queen size bed is slightly small for two persons guess due to the limitations of room size The bed and pillows are good and comfortable The only one defects is the water heater not working well and can’t enjoy the bathtubs as it take too long to fill up with hot water, and got to wait longer to use hot shower Highly recommended to support this small luxury boutique hotel and preserve the heritage and nature of Cameron Highlands
