Great location, comfortable and helpful staff!
The hotel is clean, comfortable and perfectly located. It is a 15 minute walk from the bus station, right at the entrance of Zicatella and a 2 minute walk from the beach. The showers can use a bit of a facelift but otherwise our stay was perfect, so much so we immediately booked an additional night.

Me encantó el ambiente, la tranquilidad del hotel, la alberca fresca, la amabilidad de todo el personal. Sólo en el restaurante aunque es delicioso si es bastante tardado.

Hotel che non rispecchia più le foto del 2015 pubblicate6da altri ospiti. Hotel trasandato, alcune camere buie, puzzano di muffa e con finestre che danno su muri interni senza aria. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera immediato ma all'inizio ci è stato detto che era pieno, ma poi con la nostra accompagnatrice abbiamo fatto presente che non ci muovevamo dalla reception fino a che non avessero trovato soluzione. Dopo 10min finalmente ci mostra una nuova camera, questa volta con finestra vista strada mq almeno con luce ed aria. Bagno quasi cieco, anche se c'era finestra, dava su un tunnel interno. Assurdo. La colazione a la carte veniva servita con tempi di attesa di 40min. Intanto morivi di sete e fame. Alcuni tavoli non venivano apparecchiato e si doveva chiedere in continuazione posate, tovaglioli, zucchero etc... Per chi come noi era in tour ed aveva programmati i tempi di partenza per le escursioni, fare colazione era una corsa contro il tempo. Non è stata una bella esperienza.
