I want to say a special Thank You to Rafael who makes me feel welcomed. His smile is always authentic and warm, making me truly a guest and not worried about being first time to Australia. So, he is a genuine asset of the hostel. Besides, check in and check out are super fast and efficient. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. There is hot water in the basins with hand wash provided. Above the basin is a very big mirror, so you can do make-up in the bathroom. The shower's water pressure is high enough, and you can move the shower head freely. So, it's perfect for backpackers who want to take a good shower and refresh themselves. In the room, there are 2 electrical outlets on the bedside. So it's very convenient for charging your phone and using your laptop on the bed.

The atmosphere of the accommodation itself is very cheerful, and there are social gatherings between guests every day, so I felt reassured even if I was traveling alone, and I personally thought it would be a great way to study English. If there is one disappointing point, it's that there was no hot water from the shower in the room...I didn't use the shared shower, so it might have come out there.

The access from the big station was also good. There was a barbeque at night and it was noisy until late at night.

Many foreigners live in backpackers for the first time, and the experience is very interesting

Best YHA I've experienced. It was very clean and there was a grocery store right nearby, so I was able to go around comfortably. The shower room has a shower compartment, and there are two compartments in front of which you can put things. I will stay here again if I come back.

There are many people in the room, the air conditioner is always on, the smell is not very good And I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and forgot to bring my card, so I couldn't go back, so I slept in the lobby But the top floor is very lively and many people are chatting

The location was close to the city center and the room was nice and good. It was nice to share a room with foreigners. It was good because the price was cheap.
