One of our best stay in Japan - hotel was located in convenient place with public transport, not noisy or crowded. Staff was very friendly, offered help explaining menus, excellent breakfast.

The room was super clean and beds are huge. The aircon may need to be checked by maintenance (specifically in room231) because the room doesn’t get cold even if it is left on for 48hours. The airflow is too low and I was sweating for 3nights. I did raise this issue on the second day but Im not sure if this was checked. Overall, its an excellent experience and would book again.

Finally, after my talk at the front desk last night, I got a room with a balcony today. Actually, several rooms share a balcony, but I finally got rid of the sealed double-glazed ** yesterday, which is rare. Some rooms on the balcony have no smoking signs, while others don’t.
