Excellent location right opposite botanical gardens and a short walk from many if the hotspots. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (hair in shower), and service at front desk could have been friendlier. Gym is quite small, with more than 3-4 people in there you’d struggle.

Nice hotel that we always prefer to stay when we go to Brisbane. Restaurants, cafes and Queens Bay Mall are within walking distance. Staff are courteous

We have stayed there for 3 nights for our holiday. Everything there was great for us, the room was clean as well as the lovely old building was well maintained. The price was reasonable for the high quality of interior and amenities in the room, the services and location. We would book this hotel again if we go to Brisbane in the future.

Loved our hotel! It’s jn the city centre and also close to the park, just a few minutes away from everything. What topped it all off is the toilet! I never thought a heated seat in the middle of summer would be so good! This should be mandatory in hotels.

I am very satisfied with this stay. The hotel is in the city center, opposite the Botanical Garden (there is a market on weekends). You can walk to various attractions. The room is clean and hygienic, and the curtains are not light-transmitting, which I am very satisfied with. The layout of the hotel is also very elegant, which is the retro style I like. The most worth mentioning is the hotel service. I checked in alone with 2 suitcases. The waiter helped me take it off the Uber and enthusiastically took it to my room. It was really considerate.

The room was nice, but there were cockroaches. There is a swimming pool and close to various restaurants. It is walking distance to the shopping center in the city center. Parking is easy. Basically ok

It was a really nice hotel! Having a bathtub is nice for Japanese people. I had a lot of things to do so I wanted to leave my luggage for two days, but they were happy to accommodate me and I'm very grateful. The price wasn't too expensive, so I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The location of the hotel is great. Right across from the lobby is the Royal Botanical Garden. The swimming pool is quite large on the first floor and the service attitude is good.

The hotel is relatively old, the facilities are also old, the location is good, the botanical garden is right outside, the breakfast is delicious, and the price/performance ratio is good. This hotel feels like it's forty years old.

The hotel is located in the center of the city with convenient transportation. It is worth recommending to everyone. The front desk service is good, the restaurant is of good quality, the food is good, and the service attitude is really good.

The entrance is the Royal Botanic Gardens, very quiet at night, no free internet, hotel bathroom facilities need to be improved, the toilet flush button is actually on the wall of the sink!
