Was an amazing apartment and clean and great location but was disappointed with the noise outside as was not prepared for the lack of sleep, wish I would have been told and more prepared

Room (and whole floor as you got out of lifts) smelt of water damage or drains that need cleaing.

Perfect location and friendly staff! The apartment was well equipped and generally clean however it smelt heavily of disinfectant and chemicals on arrival, plus the lift area on our floor smelt very badly of trash.

Not recommending it at all. Upon arrival, I was advised that they couldn't find my booking. After spending 20min, I was told that my booking was for the next day. I showed them the receipt for my booking, and then I was told that the issue is with the website I booked the apartment. The apartment wasn't clean at all, with stains all over the kitchen floor, walls and carpets. They charged me $117 for three nights' car park on my departure. The car park should have been included as per my original booking. However, I was told it is not included.

The room is large, bright and clean, fully equipped, and has a large balcony. It is very close to the Ferris wheel, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the city center. However, there is no daily cleaning service, and you need to take out the trash yourself.

I stayed with a friend for three nights. The room was very clean, the space was large, and the location was convenient. It was very close to Queen Street. The only drawback was that we didn’t have enough dishwashing liquid. If we could add more, we would clean everything after using the tableware. But overall I like it very much, and the front desk service is also very patient. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

The room is very good and safe, the kitchen is very good, the parking is a bit expensive, it feels quite troublesome the first time, but it is very good and safe once you are familiar with it.
