This is my second absolutely horrific check-in experience with this hotel. Management can’t get the reservation information straight apparently and front desk is powerless without calling daddy. They had me down for two rooms when I could clearly show them on my phone that I only reserved one room. After much argument they were ‘so kind’ to waive charging me the second room. Unreal. This is last time I will ever stay here. I will be a lifetime Diamond next year and I can say that this is the ONLY Hilton property with consistently horrible front desk/reservation management. Horrible.
