Novotel Bristol Centre Reviews

Hotel is just in the city center and so close to restaurants and shopping. Room is regular but pillows aren’t cosy at all. They were of the lowest quality ever so affected sleeping. Shower had Rituals amenities which is nice but no lid to close the tub so actually only shower option available while there is a tub. We had child and dog with us so convertible sofa plus additional sofa piece were quite comfortable. We chowed this hotel for pet option and it’s just £15 extra charge so in general feel very satisfied with our one night stay. Btw. Reception looks the way more stylish than the rooms so the picture is taken only there !

Came by bus because the train were cancelled on Friday so I got in early easy to find this hotel really nice front desk pepole let me check in early after a stress full travel clean room nice temperature very clean free wi fi had a drink at a very nice bar good seating area in the bar didn't try the restaurant but it loo inviting over all good stay

Excellent location: near the busy city centre, but on a quiet street, bus stop to Bath just near the entrance, walking distance to main tourist location and pubs and bars. Clean rooms. Good service. Children can stay for free. Recommended.

Excellent location, really easy to get around Bristol. Cowan, good water pressure, nice pillows but the bed was too hard for my partner to sleep.

Location is good. A express supermarket at nearby. You can leave your car in hotel car park even you checked out. However, noise from street is loud even in midnight.

Very clean and comfortable,and kind-hearted,the breakfast is fantastic,delicious and many type of food. Bed is soft and clean too.

Very well located, spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. Quick check in and check out with attentive and friendly receptionists. We used the paid parking at the hotel, it is not cheap for the small spaces it has but in Bristol if you go with a car it is essential. Generally recommended.

At that time, we were in a hurry to catch the train, and because of this inexplicable extra consumption, we delayed a lot of time, so we went to the train station without much delay, but I am still very angry about this matter. I will definitely complain and ask for compensation. A four-star global chain hotel, with chaotic management, bad attitude and horrible staff. They did not communicate internally for confirmed reservations, but kept harassing guests, thinking that guests did not have reservations and refused to leave. They did not feel sorry for their harassment, and then inexplicably showed a handwritten extra bill that did not exist, but could not explain where the bill came from. Think about how terrible this hotel is, how safe is it to stay in this hotel? Friends who want to book this hotel should think carefully and be fully prepared to deal with various emergencies and various extra charges that do not exist. And a friendly reminder that there are two better hotels near the train station, one Leonardo and one Hilton, which can be better choices.
