Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Finzels Reach)

The location is good and convenience.

Stayed mid week with work. Easy check in. Machines available but there was a super friendly helpful Receptionist who checked me in and also advised of evening meal options. Room was standard and clean. Shower had good pressure. TV was non HD which was surprising and made me squint trying to recognise footballers in the Euros. Had evening meal delivered by Just Eat. Restaurant seemed busy though. Very helpful and attentive bar team. I only had a couple of soft drinks but the service was excellent - thank you. Enjoyed breakfast that was cooked up by female Chef. I didn’t get her name but again super friendly. I thought the actual hotel was as to be expected from a good Premier Inn. All of the staff were very friendly, really helpful and elevated my stay from great to superb. Would absolute stay again.

Great staff who looked after us after a long and difficult days travelling, they couldn't have been more helpful and all done with a smile.

This hotel was a good location for the purpose of our trip. The general appearance and layout was fine. The room felt a bit dull in decor and there was no chair/seating in the room which felt odd and was very unpractical. Raised matter with staff but told chairs had not been delivered and weren't expected until mid July. A number of other guests also heard complaining about this issue. Breakfast was fine for the price paid however the staff appeared a bit lost and oblivious to the lack of plates etc. The coffee was extremely poor quality and the general cleanliness at the hot food serving hatch requires close attention. The weekend staff appeared inexperienced and lacking in care.

Convenient hotel for Bristol harbour area, clean and comfortable. Super friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend.

We go for the Premier Plus rooms, as paying a bit extra for the amenities makes our stay better and this branch didn't disappoint. The staff are always helpful and friendly, so check in was a breeze. The place is secured with security cards needed on the doors. Our room was spacious, good size bed with spare pillows (like to have 2 pillows), good sized bathroom with a decent power shower (hate weak ones) and the extras we got for the Premier Plus e.g. free ultimate WiFi (had to get a new code daily), drinking facilities etc. We didn't use the restaurant facilities as lots to offer around the area, but we did notice it closed when it wanted so was a bit annoying if wanted a snack or drink.

A large family group booked several rooms as we were all attending a family wedding. It wasn't until the weekend checked out that I realised we had been allocated the basic room instead of the upgrade we purchased. The hotel was seriously understaffed resulting in long delays whenever you needed any service. Good location that was grubby outside with litter etc blowing around. Would use premier inn again but not that location. Parking was in the NCP locally at £49.90 for two days.

Sammy and Lexie and Rita are dead sound and made me feel really good about myself and they are genuinely amazing give them as much money as you possibly can thank you please god bless and they let me watch the football lalalalalalalalalalalalalalala

Great location, Great breakfast, comfortable room. Only let down by the lack of onstreet disabled parking.
