My Arbor is wonderful and it impressed me a lot! I would highly recommend it because it’s perfect in every aspect. I do love the design of the hotel, which is inspired by trees. Also, the food, the view and the service here are all in high level, and you can see how beautiful it is from the pics.

Hotel muy bonito con vista espectaculares y excelentes instalaciones. Cuarto muy espacioso y super equipado. La cama y la ducha muy comodos. La atencion de todo el personal fue extraordinaria, La calidad del desayuno y la cena fueron excelentes.

Hier gibt es Nichts zu bemängeln, es stimmt einfach alles. Von den wunderschönen Zimmern (sehr sauber), welche vorwiegend aus Holz bestehen, über die herrliche Aussicht, das grosse Frühstücksbuffet bis zu dem Nachtessen mit X-Gängen ist einfach alles perfekt. Danebst gibt es eine gross Spa-Landschaft, Swimmingpool, Fitnessraum und buchbare Massagen in Hülle und Fülle. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und korrekt, Wünsche werden einem von den Augen abgelesen. Das Ganze hat aber auch seinen Preis, welcher aber absolut gerechtfertigt ist. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wie immer, eine rundum tolle Auszeit. Tolles Ambiente, super freundliche Mitarbeiter: wie haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal. Frühstück und Abendessen zelebrieren wir. Genauso wie die Aufgüsse - für jeden was dabei.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne, erholsame und kulinarische Woche im My Arbor verbracht. Kreative Köche, jeder Abend mit neuen Überraschungen aus der Küche. Herzliche, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Gemütliche Zimmer, hervorragende Betten und ein herrlicher Blick vom Balkon ins Eisscktal. Der Wellnessbereich, großzügig, sehr schön! Noch extra hervorzuheben…. supertolle, gemütliche Hundebetten… unsere 2 Boston-Terrier waren begeistert. Und zu guter letzt, die Tiefgarage, absolut super!

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal hier und mögen die Lage und den modernen alpinen Stil sehr. Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet, mit herrlich bequemen Betten und einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Außerdem schätzen wir den tollen Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad sehr und finden das Essen - sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendbrot - einfach nur köstlich. Ganz toll fand unser Hund das Hundebett von Bessie und Barnie. Sie hat so gern darin gelegen, dass wir gleich eins für daheim bestellt haben. Des Weiteren ist das Personal beinahe ausnahmslos höflich, zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Abbiamo trascorso una deliziosa vacanza presso questo hotel con Spa nei pressi di Bressanone e siamo stati davvero felici. L'hotel e bellissimo ed è in una posizione utile per grandi passeggiate, senza l'uso dell'auto. Le stanze sono confortevolissime (mi sarebbe piaciuto un comodino con più spazio per le cose, ma era comunque tutto molto bello) e la pulizia è veramente attenta e curata. Il personale è giovane, gentile, cordiale e molto disponibile. I servizi spa sono perfetti, con saune, piscine, gettate di vapore, vasche calde e fredde in un panorama bellissimo. La cucina è eccellente. L'unico piccolo neo, a mio parere, è che i ragazzi della sala, a cena, non sono sempre all'altezza di tutti gli altri servizi: a volte si perdono un po', con dimenticanze o ritardi. Nulla di grave, tengo a precisare, ma ci è capitato di notare un po' l'inesperienza rispetto al livello degli altri servizi (mai nelle donne, devo dire!!!). In particolare vorrei ringraziare: i professionisti dell'aufguss, Roland e Kiki (che abbiamo adorato per la loro allegria e sintonia), Alex, Manuel e Alfred, tutti fantastici; Andrea della reception che ci ha dato utilissimi consigli per le passeggiate (e cerotti per il post passeggiata); il sig. Cristian per l'impeccabile servizio a colazione e la simpatia, e Zurab per il più bel massaggio terapeutico che abbia ricevuto nella vita. Con la speranza di tornare presto.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel! Gelegen oben am Berg. Man hat hier seine Ruhe. Die Zimmer sind super! Das Frühstück ist toll! Es lohnt sich hier zu Wohnen! Das Abendessen bzw. auch die Zwischenmahlzeiten sind sehr gut! Wenn wir noch einmal in der Gegend sind werden wir hier wohnen!
