It is worthy of being called the Life Hotel in Xiaohongshu. The hotel is located directly facing the Dolomites Snow Mountain, quiet and luxurious. The hotel's hot spring spa is very atmospheric, the service is in place, and it is clean and hygienic.
The hotel also provides free sleds, which you can drag up the mountain to play, and the experience is perfect.
The only drawback is that the food is not very good, and it is at least half an hour's drive from the town at the foot of the mountain.

Die Turmzimmer sind m.E. zu empfehlen, von einer Buchung der "Suiten" im Haupthaus ist angesichts eines relativ zum Anspruch des Hauses kaum annehmbar beschreibbaren Standards klar abzuraten. Kurz gefasst sind diese Suiten rudimentär und karg ausgestattet, keinesfalls im Alpenländischen oder Nordischen Stil. Die LED Beleuchtung ist zudem furchtbar, ein schönes Ambiente kaum herstellbar. Diese Kritik beschränkt sich jedoch klar auf die Suiten im Haupthaus. Das Restaurant ist schön, die Qualität des Essens ist angemessen, wobei das Frühstück deutlich besser ausfällt als das Dinner. Der Umgang mit Kritik im haus ist etwas ungeübt, eine Reaktionsfähigkeit fehlt.

Vista superba…ti svegli la mattina e feels like heaven♥️♥️♥️ Non c’è dubbio che, vedendo qua e là alcune foto, nutrivo alte aspettative ma la realtà delle cose le ha superate di gran lunga!!! Una location impeccabile, pulita e curata alla perfezione e fin nel più piccolo dettaglio per nulla, a mio avviso, insignificante. I luculliani percorsi degustativi del ristorante ci hanno raccontato molto del grande Chef Roland, così come del suo amore per la cucina, per il territorio e la ricerca continua di materie prime eccellenti. AD MAIORA SEMPER ⭐️ ⭐️ Un encomio particolare a tutti quei giovani ragazzi strepitosi, super preparati e molto competenti nonché pazienti nell’esaudire ogni nostra singola richiesta, uno su tutti Bruno come pure Alessandro, Davide… Insomma, in questo splendido luogo di pace e di armonia, abbiamo fatto una delle più belle esperienze della nostra vita e per questo che Vi ringraziamo di cuore per l’ospitalità mostrataci Arrivederci a presto!

Top notch hotel with breathtaking views from the room and dining venues, high level of privacy across hotel, excellent service, on of the best spas I have seen in my life (and I have been to a lot). In addition, very good staff, attentive but not too present. Highly recommended
