This is a gorgeous hotel right in the center of Brno within easy walking access to the tram and main train station. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with the exception of the air conditioning. Despite numerous attempts by staff we could not get the temperature cool enough to be completely comfortable sleeping at night. Granted, we like it on the colder side, so it may not be an issue for most people and it was quite hot outside during our stay. The hotel service was excellent, and somehow we received a free upgrade so had access to the executive lounge for free beverages and a nice seating area on our floor which was really nice. There was also a miscommunication about whether the mini bar items in the room were included (we understood at check in that they were, but they were not), and the front desk manager was very nice to remove those charges from our bill. The room had a hair dryer and access to an ironing board which we appreciated as we didn't have to bring those items. Best of all, the included breakfast buffet is absolutely spectacular. They offer a huge selection of items, cook to order eggs, in a beautiful dining room. We loved it! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I chose the hotel primarily as it was across the road from the train station where I was arriving about 9pm, so didn't want to be trekking too far. Hotel was OK, rooms OK, although very odd heavily padded doors that open outwards like something from the 70s. But room was a decent size and very quite given it's on a very busy road with trains and cars and trams. Location excellent, not just for station but also for old town and castle etc, with all sights easily walkable apart from probably romany museum. Would recommend, and would def stay here again.

A very decent hotel in a perfect location (the center of the Old Town) with everything close by. The advantage is the ability to drive directly to the hotel entrance, which is not so obvious in the case of other similar facilities in the vicinity, due to the pedestrian zone, entry to which is very difficult, and sometimes impossible. Standard room from the '20s of the last century. Comfortable, as is the bed with a rather firm mattress. Breakfast at a very decent level. Nice and helpful staff. You may regret that the hotel does not have a large on-site parking, but takes the car to the garage, but it also has advantages, because the car comes back clean and is available without major problems - just ask the staff and after a few minutes the car is ready for pickup. On the day of departure, I had a car without prior request, so nice too. There are many interesting and historical attractions around, so the place is recommendable.

We are a family of refugees from Ukraine. Upon arrival in Brno, we were lucky enough to spend a week in this lovely hotel! We had a cat and a dog with us, and fortunately, pets are allowed at this hotel. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Very large and comfortable beds, huge TV, balcony, bathroom… Delicious breakfasts and not only! But especially we want to note and thank the staff of the hotel. Absolutely all very polite and nice people! Waiters, maids, administrators, managers. Everyone! Separately, we want to thank the general manager, who helped us several times in solving some issues. The receptionist girl who helped organize transport for us. The waiter who always smiled and treated the kids (and us) with goodies. You all are super! Thank you a lot! We really hope to live in your hotel again, but not as refugees, but as guests. :-) Prosperity to you and all the best!

I was a little sceptical with the lack of reviews but there is no need. The staff were very friendly. My dorm was clean and had lots of space, it even had a sofa. The common area is almost non existent, consisting of two tables so it is difficult to meet anyone outside your room if you are into that. It was very quiet which was nice for me so it if really personal preference how busy you want your hostel to be. The beds were comfortable with the privacy of a curtain which was nice except my bunk was a little squeaky. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was good. The safe was large but not enough to fit an entire rucksack. It was nice that the safes provided a rain and hangers to hang clothes up. It is very central, about a three minute walk from the train station and I’ve minute walk to the Main Street. Overall I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very big and the environment is very good. I thought the hotels in Brno were very cheap, but I didn’t expect it to be more expensive than Prague. It costs 120 Euros a night, but the breakfast is very rich, and it’s cheaper to call Uber when you go out.

Best part was the room, a double - plenty of space, well-appointed and well-cleaned and maintained. I was there for a convention and it's difficult to rate the restaurant fare properly. They ran out early of non-meat options. However, a polite, 'diplomatic' remonstration with the chef resulted later in an attractive a la carte fish dish served at the table. The breakfast buffet was fairly good. Service overall could have been more friendly. The sauna/wellness area was underwhelming and had strange hours: door locked until 6pm, which is also when they switch on the heating. Dinner from 6.30pm?! The taxi they ordered for me (the hotel is about 10-15 minutes outside the centre) failed to arrive - the driver ”forgot” - and they couldn't get another. I only caught my connection thanks to one of the organisers frantically driving us in her car. Loud music at night from the stage at the sports ground opposite but, hey ho. Conference facilities were good, and well-staffed. I think everyone was pleased. Overall a good experience at the Quality Hotel Brno Exhibition Centre. compa

YYINGSHUOVery small hotel, although a short distance from the city center, but it is very convenient to drive, there are many parking spaces near the hotel, and there is no money for parking on Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast was good and the murals of the restaurant were beautiful!

RRichieThe hotel's location is about a seven or eight-minute walk from Liberty Square, which is great for shopping.
There is a large road uphill that is difficult to walk to from the train station to the hotel. The sidewalk is paved with small squares and stones, which does not facilitate the towing of luggage.
There are many restaurants to choose from from different flavors.
This hotel should be of relatively high quality in the area.

HHBtouristThe Royal Ricc is centred right in the heart of Brno just off Zelny Trh (Vegetable Market). Both cathedral and castle are within easy walking distance as is the railway station. The reception area has a fine vaulted ceiling - setting the tone of the historic rooms above. I had a spacious front facing room - with painted ceiling overlooking the street and an outside bar opposie, I was worried about street noise late at night -but the sound proofing is very effective as I heard no outside noise. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom (with bath) was great. Breakfast is standard buffet fare - more than enough to set me up for the day. Disliked · more plugs in the room, and the lighting could be better if you wanted to ead for a long time (but why would you as the city is fanastic)

柳柳純一Are Czech people familiar with Japanese? .. Some of the people at the front desk greeted me and cared for me in Japanese while speaking one word.
The room was large and clean for the price and had a bathtub.
I thought breakfast was normal, but the warm bake beans were very delicious, and it was so delicious that I thought that there would be a large dish instead of a small ball.
Unfortunately, there is a little distance from the station. It's a short walk from the tram number 1, but it may be full depending on the time and may be difficult depending on the size of the ridge.

GGuest UserThis hostel was a nightmare and believe me - I'm no princess and my expectations were low. Room was dirty with carpets that haven't seen vacuum cleaner for a long while. There was a fridge, but man, it was so disgusting. Showers were leaking, there was no place to put your stuff when you wash yourself, water in the sink was cold and there were no paper towels. Kitchen is equipped poorly. Wi-Fi didn't work. The worst part is that I haven't ever met so inconsiderate guests. There is something shady about this place. Drunk kids screaming in the middle of the night, people constantly slamming the door or a guy that was talking to someone on loudspeaker for 2 hours at midnight in the kitchen (?!) made sleeping impossible and a stay there unbearable. It's not hostel's fault, but it adds up to that poor experience and I think the lack of 24/7 reception doesn't help either. Everyone do what they want and don't care about anything. Also, so many people write that elevator was not working during their stay. It makes me think if it ever works? Anyway, it was out of order now as well. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And the price is not that great either, I've seen many cheaper and better places.

AAdrian MThe hotel is located in a very quiet location well communicated from the city center. I personally expressed an unspoilt idea of the decoration of the famous battle under Slavkow. The next advantage is very delicious regional breakfasts with the panorama of Brna in the background. Thanks to the competent staff and the extremely nice and professional service, the guest can really feel at home. I recommend this hotel to any traveler across Morawa.
