The hotel is okay. Check-in took ages, front desk staff was a bit clueless and needed to reprocess payment and get birthdays again. The room was fine, but there is no place to hang the shower head, so I guess you'll need to take a bath or flood the place. You know the LOOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION preaching about real estate? Well, this place is in the middle of a ghetto. It might be a 10-15 walk downtown, but it's the one walk you don't want to take at night.

This is clean but no air conditioning and far away twin center, luckily hotel provide shuffle service after 16:00. However, there is noise always hear dance music till to mid night.

The hotel is located in the city center and is very convenient The hotel facilities are clean and tidy, and the toilets are very clean The quilt covers are very clean and it's very comfortable to live in recommend

The bed and wardrobe in the room are quite narrow.

The wifi signal is average and it will be noisy at night when facing the street, but the price is cheap and overall it’s okay.

Again very satisfied, will come here more often. I think the goodies are great!

Arrived late due to delays at the airport, but was greeted with politeness and professionalism from the receptionist. Unfortunately, I'm only staying one night. Breakfast was great, a good selection to choose from. if I'm passing through again, I would definitely stay again. The room was spacious, clean, mattress was firm. Highly recommend this Hotel

Efi is a nice hotel, with friendly staff and nice big and comfortable rooms. I hadn't realised when I booked that the rooms had a kitchen area with microwave and hob. I did have a stinking cold at the time so my mind was a bit off!. The breakfast was quite good and one of the few places I've stayed in Europe that had baked beans! What let the hotel down for me is the area of Brno in which it is located. I know the hotel can do little about it but it was very noisy and run down. I had to shut the windows in my room because of the noise. There's a tram that stops about 5 to 10 minutes walk away. It's not far to the pretty old town of Brno.

The hotel is located in a good place, 14 min walking distance from the main railway station.

Student accommodation at best in a rough part of town. Super early checkout times meant you can’t see the city without storing bags. Only bath tub with a shower head that has to be held (no screen or curtain or shower fixation).

Very poorly designed hotel, no light switch or table next to bed. Bath did not have a shower curtain, nor a holder at head level for shower head. The rooms are not air con, and the road at the front was very noisy with people shouting until 2am, so shut window and far too hot to sleep. Open window, and can't sleep due outside noise. Bar was supposedly opened to 2200, on 08 September they had zero interest in serving at 2150, even to take a drink back to room, appalling customer service and lazy staff.

It was loud outside, is not the hotel fault. We slept with windows open because of the heat.

i checked into EFI Palace Hotel in Brno early afternoon and got some rest. During check-in, the front desk offered free transportation to the city after 4pm until midnight or so. I laughed it off thinking 1.5 mile walking distance was not a big issue for me. I was wrong, the hotel is located in a very bad neighborhood. It is VERY UNSAFE to even step out of the building after 4pm. Building is pretty much locked down - garage entry way shut, and reception are door locked. I couldn't go out in the evening. I checked out the next day and never looked back. The room was comfortable. If you are traveling to see the city and roam around freely - this is NOT the place.
