The room is nice and the front desk service attitude is also very good. However, it is a little far from the train station and the city center. You need to plan your trip in advance. The hotel facilities are complete.

This is a gorgeous hotel right in the center of Brno within easy walking access to the tram and main train station. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with the exception of the air conditioning. Despite numerous attempts by staff we could not get the temperature cool enough to be completely comfortable sleeping at night. Granted, we like it on the colder side, so it may not be an issue for most people and it was quite hot outside during our stay. The hotel service was excellent, and somehow we received a free upgrade so had access to the executive lounge for free beverages and a nice seating area on our floor which was really nice. There was also a miscommunication about whether the mini bar items in the room were included (we understood at check in that they were, but they were not), and the front desk manager was very nice to remove those charges from our bill. The room had a hair dryer and access to an ironing board which we appreciated as we didn't have to bring those items. Best of all, the included breakfast buffet is absolutely spectacular. They offer a huge selection of items, cook to order eggs, in a beautiful dining room. We loved it! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I chose the hotel primarily as it was across the road from the train station where I was arriving about 9pm, so didn't want to be trekking too far. Hotel was OK, rooms OK, although very odd heavily padded doors that open outwards like something from the 70s. But room was a decent size and very quite given it's on a very busy road with trains and cars and trams. Location excellent, not just for station but also for old town and castle etc, with all sights easily walkable apart from probably romany museum. Would recommend, and would def stay here again.

It was very good because it was close to the airport. There is also a shuttle bus, but you can get there by taxi immediately. The inside of the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I definitely want to stay again.

The Royal Ricc is centred right in the heart of Brno just off Zelny Trh (Vegetable Market). Both cathedral and castle are within easy walking distance as is the railway station. The reception area has a fine vaulted ceiling - setting the tone of the historic rooms above. I had a spacious front facing room - with painted ceiling overlooking the street and an outside bar opposie, I was worried about street noise late at night -but the sound proofing is very effective as I heard no outside noise. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom (with bath) was great. Breakfast is standard buffet fare - more than enough to set me up for the day. Disliked · more plugs in the room, and the lighting could be better if you wanted to ead for a long time (but why would you as the city is fanastic)

There is a large road uphill that is difficult to walk to from the train station to the hotel. The sidewalk is paved with small squares and stones, which does not facilitate the towing of luggage.

This hotel should be of relatively high quality in the area.

I took a taxi to the hotel. It didn't take long. Sightseeing was convenient because the bus left in front of the hotel.
The hotel room was clean, beautiful and spacious.
Breakfast had a lot of variety and was substantial. It was so delicious.

Are Czech people familiar with Japanese? .. Some of the people at the front desk greeted me and cared for me in Japanese while speaking one word.
The room was large and clean for the price and had a bathtub.
I thought breakfast was normal, but the warm bake beans were very delicious, and it was so delicious that I thought that there would be a large dish instead of a small ball.
Unfortunately, there is a little distance from the station. It's a short walk from the tram number 1, but it may be full depending on the time and may be difficult depending on the size of the ridge.

Best part was the room, a double - plenty of space, well-appointed and well-cleaned and maintained. I was there for a convention and it's difficult to rate the restaurant fare properly. They ran out early of non-meat options. However, a polite, 'diplomatic' remonstration with the chef resulted later in an attractive a la carte fish dish served at the table. The breakfast buffet was fairly good. Service overall could have been more friendly. The sauna/wellness area was underwhelming and had strange hours: door locked until 6pm, which is also when they switch on the heating. Dinner from 6.30pm?! The taxi they ordered for me (the hotel is about 10-15 minutes outside the centre) failed to arrive - the driver ”forgot” - and they couldn't get another. I only caught my connection thanks to one of the organisers frantically driving us in her car. Loud music at night from the stage at the sports ground opposite but, hey ho. Conference facilities were good, and well-staffed. I think everyone was pleased. Overall a good experience at the Quality Hotel Brno Exhibition Centre. compa

Lovely place by the lake, recently modernised. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, on the second day there was an egg station for anything you want. Both days there is a barista providing proper coffee at breakfast which is included. They are an artist in coffee. We ate lunches and dinner at the hotel on the lovely terrace overlooking the lake. Food was good if quite simple, staff were excellent. We also booked a massage in the wellness centre, (2 hours a day general admission is included in your stay). The masseuse was amazing, professional and clearly trained. They have a fridge in the room and you just buy what you wish from reception. Prices are very reasonable. Around the hotel is a collection of little bars, restaurants and water sports places, it all feels very holiday like, probably because it is on the edge of the city of Brno. It was very busy round the lake on Sunday. Monday was quiet in the morning then things opened at lunchtime. We took an enjoyable trip around the lake on the regular boats that cross cross it and take you to different areas, took 2.5 hours in total. We will stay here again if in the area.

I arrived today for a 4 night stay to recover from some medical treatment - the perfect place to lay down on a sunbed and rest… so I thought! Coming to a luxury “spa and wellness” hotel, you’d expect access to the spa and wellness as part of your stay right? Wrong! Access is chargeable by 90, 120, or 180 minutes. To go lay by the pool for the day there is a special 24 hour rate of 1,000 czk per day (from 12 noon one day to 12 noon the next, which is weird). 1,000 czk is an astonishing £35 gbp! And because of my treatment, I cannot use any of the spa facilities. When I raised this with reception and asked where else I can relax, I was told there’s no where else within the hotel complex, but I could go to the ‘beach bar’ by the side of the dam. There’s no beach towel or picnic blanket hire though. I am really disappointed!! I was really clear when I booked I was having treatment and needed a place to rest because I requested a balcony room. We got that but it faces the back of other rooms and I’m yet to see the sun from it - maybe in the morning. Oh, and the toilet is leaking! Great… 4 nights then home time. I can’t wait!!

A clean and large room with walk in shower and fridge. This was stocked with one of each drink every day, including a Pegas beer from downstairs in the brewery. The breakfast was served from 7-10 and had something for everyone. Many types of breads, ham, cereals (including porridge), teas and coffee on tap. There was hot food too - sausages (two kinds), bacon, eggs and veg. It got every day off to a good start. Location was very central for everything - less than five minutes to Freedom Square and the shopping streets ran either side. Room 23 opened into an internal terrace and so was very quiet but even rooms on the street side were not noisy (it’s located on a quiet side street). Even though it is built on top of the brewery/bar we never heard a thing from downstairs! The reception/breakfast staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a highly recommended base for Brno.

GGuest UserThen, the experience was in general positive, and I think the price is a little high for the services offered, as the bathrooms are common throughout the plane, and the windows are thin, so there is a lot of noise as it is near the station. However, advantages: beds with tent for provacy, every place has its closet (not served luck, they have their keys and it is a free service, but it is large enough to make us enter just a bag not too full), safe, Personal lights and taken to load. It is good design and furnishings. They are also flexible with check-in and give clear instructions in case of check-in after 21:00. And they keep your baggage free if you stay in the area beyond check-out . The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city.

GGuest UserThis hostel was a nightmare and believe me - I'm no princess and my expectations were low. Room was dirty with carpets that haven't seen vacuum cleaner for a long while. There was a fridge, but man, it was so disgusting. Showers were leaking, there was no place to put your stuff when you wash yourself, water in the sink was cold and there were no paper towels. Kitchen is equipped poorly. Wi-Fi didn't work. The worst part is that I haven't ever met so inconsiderate guests. There is something shady about this place. Drunk kids screaming in the middle of the night, people constantly slamming the door or a guy that was talking to someone on loudspeaker for 2 hours at midnight in the kitchen (?!) made sleeping impossible and a stay there unbearable. It's not hostel's fault, but it adds up to that poor experience and I think the lack of 24/7 reception doesn't help either. Everyone do what they want and don't care about anything. Also, so many people write that elevator was not working during their stay. It makes me think if it ever works? Anyway, it was out of order now as well. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And the price is not that great either, I've seen many cheaper and better places.

AAdrian MThe hotel is located in a very quiet location well communicated from the city center. I personally expressed an unspoilt idea of the decoration of the famous battle under Slavkow. The next advantage is very delicious regional breakfasts with the panorama of Brna in the background. Thanks to the competent staff and the extremely nice and professional service, the guest can really feel at home. I recommend this hotel to any traveler across Morawa.
