Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Service war überall sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gleichgültig ob an der Rezeption, an der Bar oder im Frühstücksraum.
Es gibt genügend Stellplätze in der Garage, lediglich die Stellplätze zum Laden der Elektroautos sind sehr schwierig ein- bzw. auszuparken wenn mehr als 1 Stellplatz belegt ist und die Kabel extrem kurz.

The hotel's location is about a seven or eight-minute walk from Liberty Square, which is great for shopping.
There is a large road uphill that is difficult to walk to from the train station to the hotel. The sidewalk is paved with small squares and stones, which does not facilitate the towing of luggage.
There are many restaurants to choose from from different flavors.
This hotel should be of relatively high quality in the area.

The Royal Ricc is centred right in the heart of Brno just off Zelny Trh (Vegetable Market). Both cathedral and castle are within easy walking distance as is the railway station. The reception area has a fine vaulted ceiling - setting the tone of the historic rooms above. I had a spacious front facing room - with painted ceiling overlooking the street and an outside bar opposie, I was worried about street noise late at night -but the sound proofing is very effective as I heard no outside noise. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom (with bath) was great. Breakfast is standard buffet fare - more than enough to set me up for the day. Disliked · more plugs in the room, and the lighting could be better if you wanted to ead for a long time (but why would you as the city is fanastic)

A very decent hotel in a perfect location (the center of the Old Town) with everything close by. The advantage is the ability to drive directly to the hotel entrance, which is not so obvious in the case of other similar facilities in the vicinity, due to the pedestrian zone, entry to which is very difficult, and sometimes impossible. Standard room from the '20s of the last century. Comfortable, as is the bed with a rather firm mattress. Breakfast at a very decent level. Nice and helpful staff. You may regret that the hotel does not have a large on-site parking, but takes the car to the garage, but it also has advantages, because the car comes back clean and is available without major problems - just ask the staff and after a few minutes the car is ready for pickup. On the day of departure, I had a car without prior request, so nice too. There are many interesting and historical attractions around, so the place is recommendable.

I chose the hotel primarily as it was across the road from the train station where I was arriving about 9pm, so didn't want to be trekking too far. Hotel was OK, rooms OK, although very odd heavily padded doors that open outwards like something from the 70s. But room was a decent size and very quite given it's on a very busy road with trains and cars and trams. Location excellent, not just for station but also for old town and castle etc, with all sights easily walkable apart from probably romany museum. Would recommend, and would def stay here again.

I booked an executive room with balcony. It says online that there was airconditioning which was the reason why I booked this studio type room since that week Czech was at its 30+° the entire week. We arrived around 7pm and head straight to their restaurant so we only checked the aircon when we came back to the room. It was not working. We asked for help and the receptionist dont know how to help us too. I was taking hormone medication that really heats up my body inducing a premenauposal state hence why I needed aircon badly. It was too late to pack up and looked for another hotel coz we were so exhausted so I tried to sleep with the fan which was not enough since it was hotter at night. Did not get enough sleep, was awoken a lot of times. At theck out I asked for compensation,which was a headache in negotiating, I even asked if they could just price the room same as the standard room and give me a refund but Supervisor wanted to use the price for the following day which was even higher than what we paid so there was no refund. They offered 10% discount but only to be redeemed when we stay another night. So ridiculous management. Then they also asked to deposit the same amount we paid online upon check in and it has been two weeks now and the money has not been refunded. They only tell me to chase my bank but I already have and said Efi hotel has not issued any refund. Was very stressed and not worth staying!

I was a little sceptical with the lack of reviews but there is no need. The staff were very friendly. My dorm was clean and had lots of space, it even had a sofa. The common area is almost non existent, consisting of two tables so it is difficult to meet anyone outside your room if you are into that. It was very quiet which was nice for me so it if really personal preference how busy you want your hostel to be. The beds were comfortable with the privacy of a curtain which was nice except my bunk was a little squeaky. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was good. The safe was large but not enough to fit an entire rucksack. It was nice that the safes provided a rain and hangers to hang clothes up. It is very central, about a three minute walk from the train station and I’ve minute walk to the Main Street. Overall I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very big and the environment is very good. I thought the hotels in Brno were very cheap, but I didn’t expect it to be more expensive than Prague. It costs 120 Euros a night, but the breakfast is very rich, and it’s cheaper to call Uber when you go out.

GGuest UserAdvantages - location - pretty close to the city center, good calm area - small hotel – not too many guests - cozy rooms - decent breakfasts – for its price - friendly personnel trying to help in any situation Drawbacks - “tired” interiors – it seems like most of the rooms require some renovation - problems with AC which was critical for us in Brno in June (30+ C outside) - lack of flexibility from the hotel’s management side I need to explain 2 last points. We were in Brno in June 2023 because of health treatment and didn’t know how long it would last, so we booked 6 non-refundable days in this hotel. We specifically chose hotel, not Airbnb, because we were familiar with local summer and wanted to have a room with AC. However, when we checked-in, it turned out that AC in our room doesn’t work which we hadn’t being told. Then it turned out that there was a big ACs replacement in the hotel at that time (without any notification during or after booking). We managed to get another room on the second night, and at the same got information from the clinic that we may go home after day 3. Via Booking we asked for partial refund because of the inconveniences with AC and partly because we checked-out after 3 nights while paid for 6. After that , I experienced 3 or 4 months (!!) of correspondence with Booking and the hotel management which from the very beginning was ready to refund but always had some technical problems, and in the end just disappeared. Lot of waisted time. Strongly do not recommend, as, unfortunately, with all the advantages I mentioned above , general impression is negative.

There is a bar nearby which is very good and the wine is complete. Finally, I also send soup. I like this trip very much.

柳柳純一Are Czech people familiar with Japanese? .. Some of the people at the front desk greeted me and cared for me in Japanese while speaking one word.
The room was large and clean for the price and had a bathtub.
I thought breakfast was normal, but the warm bake beans were very delicious, and it was so delicious that I thought that there would be a large dish instead of a small ball.
Unfortunately, there is a little distance from the station. It's a short walk from the tram number 1, but it may be full depending on the time and may be difficult depending on the size of the ridge.

GGuest UserThis hostel was a nightmare and believe me - I'm no princess and my expectations were low. Room was dirty with carpets that haven't seen vacuum cleaner for a long while. There was a fridge, but man, it was so disgusting. Showers were leaking, there was no place to put your stuff when you wash yourself, water in the sink was cold and there were no paper towels. Kitchen is equipped poorly. Wi-Fi didn't work. The worst part is that I haven't ever met so inconsiderate guests. There is something shady about this place. Drunk kids screaming in the middle of the night, people constantly slamming the door or a guy that was talking to someone on loudspeaker for 2 hours at midnight in the kitchen (?!) made sleeping impossible and a stay there unbearable. It's not hostel's fault, but it adds up to that poor experience and I think the lack of 24/7 reception doesn't help either. Everyone do what they want and don't care about anything. Also, so many people write that elevator was not working during their stay. It makes me think if it ever works? Anyway, it was out of order now as well. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And the price is not that great either, I've seen many cheaper and better places.

AAdrian MThe hotel is located in a very quiet location well communicated from the city center. I personally expressed an unspoilt idea of the decoration of the famous battle under Slavkow. The next advantage is very delicious regional breakfasts with the panorama of Brna in the background. Thanks to the competent staff and the extremely nice and professional service, the guest can really feel at home. I recommend this hotel to any traveler across Morawa.
