Boulevard North Holiday Apartments

The apartment is near the beach, we enjoy with the beach and the clean and comfortable environment, walk 1min to the beach and 20mins to food place

Bad: Apartment is a bit old, fridge and lights are broken. Good: Apartmentd is spacious, customer service is good.

This is a great spot, only 10 minute dawdle to the heart of Broadbeach where you can find everything you need. Staff are fantastic & friendly. Needed a couple of little things & they were straight on it. Nothing was a problem.. Very comfy bed, had everything we needed in room, we had a two bedroom & plenty of place, beautiful view of the ocean & three balconies.. Great relaxing & quiet holiday. Thankyou North Boulevard.. 🙂

I realised on day 1 that this was not a hotel accommodation. The positives were, across the road from the beach, and the walking path running all the way along the Gold Coast. Apartment was outdated. There was accumulated dust behind the bathroom door. The fans in the bathroom and the laundry did not work. The leather couch was not properly cleaned, and it was really uncomfortable. The plastic furniture on the balcony nearly fell off one windy night. The fact that after the first supply, I had to buy my own coffee and sugar goes against everything that is Australian. And I never before had to go to the basement to deposit the rubbish. Two weeks prior we were in a cabin, inside a camping site, on the beach, and we had the comforts of a hotel.

Beautiful location at Broadbeach with ocean views. Lovely to walk along the esplanade. The apartment was clean and well maintained, good soundproofing of windows. Check-in and check-out was easy. Would highly recommend for a short or longer stay.

Boulevard North Apartments is an older style building that is constantly being updated and very well maintained. This is a really lovely place to stay. I don’t think I will ever bother to seek out alternate accommodation on Broadbeach. In fact I stay at Broadbeach for my Gold Coast visits because of this accommodation. The Boulevard North Holiday Apartment room I stayed in was lovey and clean, fully equipped and had everything I needed. The property is very well maintained and cared for. Easy access to the carpark with plenty of parking room. Easy room and building key access. Plenty of cafes and restaurants just a short walk away and there is even a lovely art gallery just up the road. The staff are very helpful and super friendly. Value for money with a patrolled beach directly across the road and great views even from the lower floors. Pictures are of the beach directly across from apartments and the view from my balcony. The service was as good as any 5-star hotel I have stayed at. Reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. I could not fault the lovely lady that took care of me as she went above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again as a great value for money holiday break.

On the beach with great sea views. Walkable to local eateries & shops. Good size apartment, with kitchenette & laundry if required. Have stayed before, & would stay again.
